Very knowledgeable. Very open and honest. It's rare to meet someone who isn't trying to upsell. I previously had someone else chosen to do the project. I should have started with Murphy Excavation. The pride in the work shows. Just call and say "Here is my idea - can you do it?" You'll get an honest approach and a real conversation Low pressure quote and he actually recommended one load of rock vs 2 as I had previously been quoted. I have rarely had a conversation and a couple of laughs about a project with a contractor. This is how a business should operate and how hiring a contractor should be. I'd asked around friends and family if anyone "knows a guy" and that didn't work. I took a risk with Angi and found Doug. Doug is THE GUY! 100% I will be a repeat customer once I figure out the rest of the property issues THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Best check I've written in a LONG LONG LONG time.
