+ -1 moreVan's serviceman showed up right at the beginning of the agreed time window. He was polite, professional, competent, and very, very quick. He completed all the work we asked for, discovered a toothpick broken off in a deadlock that then did not need to be rekeyed, and made me two new keys more quickly than I could ask him how much extra it would cost for them (they were free). I HIGHLY recommend this very efficient, courteous, and price competitive locksmith.

Description of Work: Initial call and inquiry was a little confusing as they were very informal in answering the business phone. An appointment was made to have them come change locks on our new house. They couldn't provide a time or window for the appointment on the phone. Day of the appointment I had to call twice to confirm the time. A little frustrating. Grade B- Once they were at the house the lock change was completed quickly and the locking was great. Grade A. I will use them again.
