PLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM. OUR DRIVEWAY HAS HOLES ALREADY IN A FEW MONTHS. THE OWNERS JUAN AND CHRISTIAN REFUSED TO FIX IT. THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BAD CONCRETE. WE GAVE THEM TIME AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE DAMAGES.

Less than a year and already break and cracks and the worst part is no one to address the concerns, let alone fix the problem. I have had several people ask me for referral and i choose not to give this company's name to anyone. When they were doing the work, they had to redo something because it rained (after i mentioned that it would rain today), they still moved ahead and had to redo the entire work. At this point, they knew it was a loss for them and the job they did to complete was ridiculous. Do not hire them.

We contacted United Concrete for a quote and arranged a time (Thursday at 5). The sales guy, Christian, rather than call as he did to arrange the time, messaged through Angie’s List to say he was having mechanical problems with his vehicle and asked to reschedule. No problem, but he didn’t reach back out to schedule a new time. A few days later, Juan (the owner) emailed that the sales guy was out due to a loss in the family (which is completely tragic and we understood 100%) and would be in contact on Wednesday. Christian did contact Wednesday morning saying he was available, and I replied within an hour and a half...no answer from him as to when he would be available to quote. I followed up with an Angie’s list message the following morning (Thursday). No reply. I called at 5 Thursday evening and left a voicemail. No reply. On Friday, I emailed Juan. No reply as of the following Monday. I would not trust this company with any sort of down payment, regardless of how reasonable their pricing, or how highly they are recommended. The fact that they are unable to complete a quote speaks volumes. I can understand the delay and issues with the sales guy, but the owner not responding is completely unacceptable.

Very good. I'm really happy with the workers, the service, everything. I will contact them again for the other jobs that I will be needing. They did the job really fast and they were focused. Quality work. I will call the company again to complete another project for me.
