Chuck was prompt on quoting. As they were pretty booked up already, we had to be scheduled out about 6 weeks but as promised, they called and came out to do the job for the time they had projected. They were prompt, professional, neat and did a fantastic job. Way above the performance of a highly advertised competitor we had used previously. We also had booked them to clean, sand and stain my mother's deck and they did a great job on her deck also. We would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well although postponed several weeks because of rains. Chuck contacted me about delays. The men were personable and professional and did all that was promised. I expect to use them again.

Chuck and team were excellent on communication and kept to their predicted schedule. Were very flexible in working through options and providing suggestions for work I wished to do myself to minimize costs. Wash and stain both went quickly and were well done. Only thing that could have went better was time between the wash and the sealing; it ended up being Monday -> Saturday and would have preferred it got done a little sooner, but I understand the circumstances that led to the timing (rainy spring leading to a backlog of work). Matched color very well and materials appear to be top notch. Great experience all-around.

The quote amount was $850 for 300 square feet deck. They were very punctual and explained the process to us which was very informative. They were very nice.

Two Brothers have been very great so far. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other providers. The staff has been professional and friendly with me so far. They are very patient and punctual with their responses. I would recommend Two Brothers to others in the future.

It went very well with one small hiccup. First of all, they were prompt in communicating what was being done and when. They did a super job of covering up the plants and the house, which we had never experienced in the prior 16 years of maintenance with other companies. When they were finished, the entire deck looked better than it has since we first had it installed. Frankly, they spent a lot more time on the job than we had ever experienced before also. We've had the deck done every other year since installed, so this is definitely not what we were used to. We were very pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness and result of their work. The hiccup came with the replacement of the one board. The design of our deck uses a LOT of angles. When they replaced the board, the one end fit fine, but the other end which ended at an octagonal type shape in the center, was cut at the wrong angle, leaving a gap where it met the other part of the deck. I sent an email detailing the problem. I received an answer back within a couple days and then the replacement board was taken up and replaced very well, within a couple days after that. Sometimes things go wrong but the mark of a very good contractor, in our book, is the ability to promptly admit something went wrong and fix it. Their commitment to doing good work as well as providing excellent customer service is simply awesome. We will definitely be using them again as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Two Brothers is awesome! Chuck was great from the start. Very thorough, great communication, and honest. His team handled a tricky project for us with ease and great quality workmanship. We are very pleased and will call them first for any of our needs. You can't go wrong!

He was courteous, he was prompt, he was professional, he had a nice brochure with information of all they do. He listened to and answered all my questions. Very professional. They gave me a quote a few weeks ago. The estimate was $ 1200 and that did not include the stain. And that was a break because they give you a break if you put their sign out in your yard.

The service was great, the end result was great! We plan on usi9ng this company again in the future

Two Brothers were responsive to my initial phone call, and came out within a couple days to look at the deck and give an estimate. Because of the "A" rating on Angie's List, the professional attitude of the estimator, the comprehensive list of services they were going to complete on my deck and the very reasonable price, I decided to hire the company. Our deck had not been cleaned and stained in three years, and had boards that were loose and/or needed to be replaced. The deck itself looked patchy and unsightly, as the last time we ourselves cleaned and stained the deck, the color of the stain did not cover uniformly. Two Brothers did a wonderful job cleaning our deck and repairing the boards. (The stoop and sidewalk out front which had moss and dirt on it look new, too!) After letting it dry, they returned to tarp, then stain the deck and railing. Our deck is fairly large, extending across much of the back of the house. WOW! The deck is all one color, and looks brand new! Thank you, Two Brothers!

From his professionalism with supplying the quote and communicating, you can sense that it is an excellent company. I got three estimates. He took the time to ask questions and he addressed my concerns. He was willing to ask if there was anything else. When he started off replacing some boards I decided I needed him to come back and do more; he didn’t get irritated with me. He was very understanding. When I asked him to change things, he did. His carpenter does good work but he could be a little bit neater.

We heard about Two Brother's from a neighbor friend. The entire experience was first-rate from the estimate process right on through to the staining of the deck. NO ISSUES! Chuck (one of the owner's?) was very professional, punctual and respectful of our property. In fact, his entire crew was. Chuck described in detail the process they use to pressure wash, prepare and stain decks. In our opinion, this company has this process down to a science and they certainly know what they are doing. We are so pleased we went with their bid and will use again. Save yourself some time taking bids, and just give them the business - it was that great!

Responsive, patient with questions/requests, thorough with quote info and instructions, good quality work with high-quality products, reasonable prices, and great site clean-up when they're finished (you won't be able to tell they were there, except your deck looks GREAT!) -- what more could you ask? I've used Two Brothers twice now and have been equally pleased both times with the quality of their work and how pleasant they were to deal with. Recommend highly.

Fantastic experience! Andrew was great in communicating when someone would be out to provide an estimate. Once we agreed to the work, he was once again wonderful in communicating what to expect. His staff was wonderful. He sent three employees out and they worked hard (for two days). His staff was professional and were very friendly and respectful. They took great care to cover any areas so no overspray got on our vegetation and home. They took all plastic attachements off the playset prior to staining and also taped any non-wood attachments (supports) that could not be removed. We've gotten loads of compliments on the quality finish of our deck and we couldn't be happier.
