Torres Window Cleaning

Arrived early AND did a great job cleaning my windows, screens and outdoor light fixtures and chandelier.

They did a fantastic job! My only complaint is that there were hard water stains on my sunroom doors and they were unable to remove them because they did not have a chemical necessary to do so. Also, that chemical can only be used during cloudy conditions. If I had let them know ahead of time, they would have been able to bring that cleaner and schedule for a predicted cloudy day. Next time, I will let them know before they come out.

Torres was terrific. They arrived on time with a team; worked consistently and quickly, were respectful of our property and were communicative. We will hire them again.

Everything was exactly as promised - my windows sparkle and shine now! They were professional and prompt. I really appreciated their communication - they even called when they were on their way to let me know they'd be a bit early. They did a great job and were in and out in no time. Great! When done the Pella windows on the back of the house appeared streaked. They came back promptly and re-cleaned inside and out. Turns out, the problem was in between the windows that has shades. We got a price for that service and rehired them. They came back promptly and completed the work. My windows have never been so clear. I have them calendared to returen next sping.

Torres did a great job. They were on time and very professional. I would recommended.

They were nearly 30 minutes late and did not contact me to let me know they would be late. The windows were cleaned, but around the edges of many windows were streaks and therefore not completely clean. It was ok, but promptness matters and the courtesy of a call when you're running late and an apology would have been nice.

Got the $185 for 45 windows deal. They were on time (15 minutes early), polite, and professional. They did a great job.

They were to come at 11 and did not show until 12:45 but I had to call to find out if they were coming. Three people came and they were in and out in an hour. Patio doors were $12 extra so I chose not to have them done. Screens and sills were extra but I knew that so I did them myself. Overall the windows look great and I would hire them again.

We purchased a deal to have interior and exterior windows cleaned. I read contracts closely, so I knew that it was windows only, not screens or sills. This way, expectations are kept to what the coupon is for, not what you want it to be for. Scheduling a time was easy via email with them. On the date, they were running late from an earlier home that ended up being larger than the client had let on. I had a house showing at a certain time and needed to know a timeline (couldn't have window cleaning going on during a showing), so I called and we figured things out. I think the only thing to improve would be proactively calling 1/2 hour before the next scheduled time when you know there's no way it's going to happen at the scheduled time. Once here, the team worked quickly to meet my time constraints and did a quality job. They were complete professionals. The windows are bright and clean. I'll hire them for our next window cleaning, but I'll just make sure I leave the day clear in case the timing isn't spot on.
