After receiving several estimates for the job, I decided to go with Supreme Windows. From the sales call to the installation, they were knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Additionally, I felt that James, the owner, actually cared about the job and my satisfaction. Sales Process -- Ron arrived right on time for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable about his company's products and service and was respectful of our needs and budget. I never got the impression of a "hard sell" that I had experienced with several of the other companies that I had interviewed. Instead, I felt that he and the company were very appreciative of my business and consideration. I had done some considerable homework on what window installation would cost in my area, and in the end, I feel I received a very fair quote for a quality product. I liked that I was provided a full quote right there at the appointment, that included everything (no nickel and diming later), with a detailed warranty. Window Measurement -- The following weekend, Lazaro arrived to take detailed measurements for fabrication of the windows. I learned that he would also be the crew leader for the installation, which I appreciated. Installation -- Approximately 3 weeks later, the windows were completed at the factory and I scheduled the installation with James. The crew showed up on time. The only small hiccup was that the truck delivering the actually windows from the factory was delayed over 3 hours. Apparently it had stopped elsewhere first to deliver another order on the way? The crew started with the second floor apartment and did what they could to prep and remove the existing windows while they waited for the truck to arrive. It was a windy day, and so having all the windows removed at once made a bit of a mess with debris blowing around the apartment. It probably would have gone a bit more smoothly if the windows had arrived as originally planned by 10am (which is why I dinged the rating for punctuality to a B). Once the windows arrived, the rest of the installation went quickly and efficiently. The crew was very diligent about minimizing debris as much as possible, draping furniture to protect it and vacuuming each work area as they went along. One thing to note... I was impressed by the crew when one of them noticed that the tempered window we were having installed was not operating properly. They actually called it in and a gentleman from the factory showed up to fix it. Ultimately, this is probably something that I would never have known or noticed, but they cared about the job to ensure it was done correctly. The installation of our 40+ windows took two days. Before the crew left, James called to ensure that I was entirely satisfied and thanked me for my business. The crew cleaned up the work areas well, and the new windows look great. It's only been a few days, but so far, I'm very pleased and would recommend Supreme Windows.

I got a very competitive cost quote. The work crew took a great deal of pride in their work and in showed in a high quality installation. They cleaned everything up and put all the blinds back on. Very satisfied with this purchase and installation.

Went great. Even filled out the price compete contract with them. They will match any competitors price and then add another 25% savings. I put some money down in order to secure the competitive pricing. However, shortly after my meeting, I lost my job. Quickly, the company I worked for was bought by our largest competitor and as a result, getting new windows was no longer a priority this year. The guys at Supreme Windows could have been difficult about reimbursing me the money I put down. Instead, they listened and realizing my situation have decided to reimburse me in full even though they didn't really have to. When I do get back on my feet, I will make sure to use Supreme Windows. Thanks again. It's refreshing to see good people running a good business.

Totally professional from the very first phone call to the very end of the job. Salesman was excellent to deal with, punctual, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Work was done when promised. A pleasure to do business with. We Highly recommend them.

I decided I would like to upgrade my window installation by replacing some deteriorated and/or missing parts on my house. James worked around holiday scheduling to get back to me as quickly as possible. He and his workers took great pride in their work and seemed most anxious that I should end up 100% happy. The new work greatly improved the look of my home, and the windows themselves, of course, are excellent!

Everything went well. They had a two man crew and did an excellent job. They took out the old windows and cleaned up after themselves. They installed the new windows and I am very happy with them. They even got the permit for me with the city. They gave me a great price. The owner even came and met with me to discuss the service. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent job overall. Completed work in time allotted and windows are better than the original ones. Very good communicators and professionals.

I had an excellent experience with this company. James is super nice and accommodated my special need for a fast turnaround from order to installation. I was so pleased. The workmen showed up early, and even though they were rained out for a while, still finished up in a timely fashion. They, too, were really nice and kept checking with me to be sure the job was to my liking. It definitely was. The windows themselves were of the highest quality, loaded with deluxe features. This was a top notch job by a top notch company! I give them the highest recommendation for their product, their workmanship, and most of all, for their people.

I want to start by saying I had 4 different estimates from 4 different window companies, and it was great to meet with a true professional. Their window is made with a patented material I found to be much superior than the other window companies that came to my home. Dan's knowledge and candor during his very engaging presentation left me smiling after he left. I didn't have a sick feeling in my stomach after signing the contract. And after the previous estimates, my expectations were pretty low, so I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied not only with the type of window, but with the price as well. Dan explained and demonstrated the product in complete detail and answered all of my questions. He beat everyone else's estimates. The 2-year same as cash was a deal I desperately needed. As far as the installation, I couldn't believe how fast the workers tore the old windows off and installed the new ones and how they left my house immaculate inside and out, which is very important to me. There were no "creepy" workers, they were decent, worked with expertise and quickly. I felt very comfortable with them. I have already recommended them to family and friends and I will replace the rest of my windows next year with Supreme Windows!

It was great working with this provider. Whenever there was a problem or issue of any kind, the provider worked with me to resolve those matters. The replacement part of the work was done in a timely fashion and the price was fair. The caulking part of the project came after the buyer for the house requested that and wanted it done by a certain deadline. Although the provider was on a busy schedule, the manager (Daniel Faught) shifted work around to accommodate me and to meet the deadline set by the buyer. I want to thank Supreme Windows and Daniel Faught for doing an excellent job. I wish every provider had the standard of service and professionalism provided by Supreme Windows in Chicago.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you James for a wonder experience. On time , very nice ,and efficient. The installation crew was great , very respectful, clean, and courteous. James came to our house and gave us an estimate for the windows we selected. The windows were ordered and James called us when they were ready. I chose the install date and I wanted the windows installed sooner rather than later. James said it would be no problem and true to his word, he and his crew arrived in the morning and completed the job in a few hours. His crew did an absolutely amazing job and the windows are very high quality. The crew was very efficient and they did an excellent job making sure that the new windows were properly capped and caulked. James called me about a week after the job was done to ensure that we were happy with the job. We could not be any happier and we plan using James to replace the remaining windows in our house.

The previous window had been blown off of its hinges in the wind, leaving our tenants with a gaping hole in the wall. They came out on the same day to board up the opening and put a rush on building the replacement window so that it could be replaced within 8 days. They provided us with clear information about pricing, features, and benefits of each option for our replacement instead of just pushing us to the most expensive option. In my phone conversations, James was helpful and extremely polite. Our property manager is the one who chose to go with Supreme Window, but I am very happy with their choice.

I am extremely happy with the work that was done by Supreme Windows. The old front door was beat up, and just plain ugly looking. The new door, which came complete with a new frame and all is a bold solid color which completely transforms the front of the house. The windows all had there own reasons for being replaced. A sagging front bay window, to a drafty window above the kitchen sink, along with a moldy window in the shower. All were old and none of them locked properly. The new windows are clean, solidly built, and look amazing. The work was all done in one day and looks great.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you James Palmer for a wonder experience. The frosted look in the basement is a BIG HIT in the neighborhood! People are looking forward to covering up those ugly windows wells. Thank you for being as genuine as they come. I wish you the most success!

Dan was very passionate about his product and knew them thoroughly. We were unsure of what would look best to replace the existing windows, without having to instal a bay window, but Dan's experience and recommendation really paid off. Installation seemed seamless as the crew was in and out, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to make sure I was happy with the final touches. Great experience, would definitely use again in the future for the rest of my windows!

The very knowledgeable Daniel showed up and not only gave me an estimate, he provided an education on all of the different products on the market so we could make a decision that fit our budget. After we placed. Our order. The foreman showed up and inspected the job and in 4 weeks we had a new looking garage. The work looks fantastic! Great communication and proffesionalism to boot. You guys hit a home run!!

Don't waste your time calling this company if you have a small job! I needed to have the glass replaced in a patio door. I had already ordered and received the glass cartridge from Jeldwen and was looking for someone to come out to install/re-glaze the window. I called and spoke to James several times. Each time he said he would call me back. The first time he claimed he had not written down my phone number. I accepted this and we discussed a possible work date. He was to call me that day to update me on his crew's availability. I did not hear from him so I called him again around 4:30 pm on the day he had suggested. He told me his crew was nearby finishing up a job and asked if he could call them and call me RIGHT BACK. Again, I never received a call. I won't wast my time with James anymore. I recommend you don't either!

James came out to inspect the window and seemed incredibly competent. The price was also slightly lower than what other contractors had quoted. We signed a contract, and delivery and installation was promised within 2-3 weeks. Everything beyond this initial consultation was a huge headache. After 3 weeks and no call from James, I called. I was told that our window had "just arrived yesterday" but that he was busy and couldn't schedule installation. I call back later in the week and was again told that the window had "just arrived yesterday". Fine. Scheduled installation for the following Monday, but James doesn't show. Fine. Re-schedule installation for later in the week. AGAIN James doesn't show -- claims that the window was broken that morning and it has to be re-ordered. On the third try, the window is finally installed by two members of James' team (James does not come out). The window is fine, but the attention to detail was incredibly poor. The brown caulk on our metal capping outside is all over our white window trim, the white trim on our home's interior surrounding the window is chipped and unpainted, and there is a knee HOLE in our wall. Unbelievable. They also did not install the garage window as promised. In sum, I really can't understand the positive reviews for Supreme Windows. I was given a major run-around, only to have a shoddy job completed. I was given $100 off our installation for the trouble in scheduling, but that was little consolation for the amount of clean-up and repair that had to be done after the job was "completed" by James' crew.

Supreme Windows' salesman, Ron gave a detailed presentation when he showed us the window samples. He helped us select the right windows for our home. After James Palmer came to measure the windows they were ordered and they arrived in approximately two weeks. When the crew came to install the windows they were very professional and went right to work. We were happy with how quickly they did the installation and that they arrived on time. They exterior was finished off completely. The interior was left with minimal work. Just some spackling of nail holes, light sanding and painting of the quarter round moulding they installed. Clean up was satisfactory. Overall we would recommend Supreme Windows. We are planning to have them back in the spring to replace our upstairs windows.

Dan came out to give the estimate and tell us about the windows. He was very thorough and we could tell from his enthusiasm that he believed in their product. My wife and I got a great feeling from Dan and family oriented business. James then showed up and did the final measurement and verified the work to be done. On installation day the crew was great, very respectful, clean, and courteous. Work was completed on time, the crew cleaned up all the garbage and made very little mess inside and outside the house. The crew lead verified that all work was done to satisfaction before leaving. We were very happy with the work and use them again without hesitation.

On time. Very nice and efficient. extremely clean and polite. couldnt have asked for more. job done perfectly and to my satisfaction. will use in the future for sure
