It was good. We spent another $400. They have an excellent product. We've already felt the differences just from the temperatures in the room. We're always having to call them to get everything scheduled. Everything's good with the work. You have to stay on top of them to get your dates in. They don't call you. You have to call them.

We are very satisfied with the work so far. They have been very professional and wonderful through the entire process.

The installer and salespeople were very helpful. There seemed to be some confusion in timeline between when we thought the window had been ordered and installation, but everything turned out fine. I had forgotten what the actual total would be for the work, so I wrote the check for what I believed was the right total. Turned out I overpaid, and they were quick to refund me that amount.

They were completely professional and pleasant to work with and so far, no more leaks!

From start to finish the salesman and installers did a great job. Good quality windows for a reasonable price!

Initial contact was great and so was the installation and finished product. The price was reasonable, and everyone I dealt with from the appointment setting, to the measuring, to the installation was very pleasant and polite. We live in a townhouse and needed HOA approval before completing the job and there was some confusion/delay in obtaining those approvals, even though Supreme said they handle HOA approvals all the time. Eventually I had to make a phone call and get the approval myself, which was fine - I just wish I would have known to that from the start. We also have a vent from the garage on an overhang just below 2 of the windows that was dented during the installation - looks like someone stepped on it. It's minor, but I wish they would have told me about the dent and offered to fix it instead of me noticing it myself after they left. I would use them again but would just be more cautious checking all the work areas when they are finished.

Jim, the person I spoke on the phone seemed knowledgeable and reasonable. I am more mixed on the in-home salesperson. I wouldn't say this was a hard sell, but I wouldn't say it wasn't. I would say there was a dramatic difference in prices based on whether I would say yes immediately. The difference after a list of discounts off the initial price (cash, per window, say yes today, Angie's List, etc.) was about 41% off. That strikes me as unusual and I object to any price based off of saying yes today. The salesperson also described an Angie's List policy (of which I have no idea) that prevents the company from offering the Angie's List prices after the conclusion of the scheduled appointment. If true, that puts the vendor and customer in a bad position.

I have 22 year old Weathershield casement windows that had developed some wood rot in the window sills. I presented my problem to Supreme-I didn't need expensive new windows, just repairs on the sills. They didn't try to sell me up, but rather told me that they have a person who does work for them in these types of jobs. Supreme gave me Michael's phone number, but before I made contact, Michael called me. Michael scheduled a time to come out to my house within a week. He inspected the problem and even did some preliminary "digging" into one sill to confirm that he could provide a reasonable solution. Once confirmed, he temporarily sealed the investigated sill and then provided a quotation to repair 6 sills that had rot, and to seal another 20 sills from future damage. He provided a written estimate, fair pricing, and we agreed to proceed. A week later Michael and his helper began the work. The 6 sill repairs took the better part of two days to fully complete. Each casement window was removed (not the frame) to get at the sill. After completing the 6 sill repairs, they removed every other window from the frames, removed all hardware on the sill, sealed the sills, and reinstalled the hardware and windows. In the process of the work, one hardware set became damaged. Michael replaced the damages hardware with new and completed the work. All work took three full days, with a quick return by Michael on a fourth day to replace the damaged hardware. Michael and his helpers were courteous, friendly, trustworthy and professional. He is a very high energy worker and solves problems through the process of his work. He clearly takes pride in his work and is building his repair business. He knows that the way to do that is to do great work for each customer all the time. I also asked Michael to look at another (non-window) repair problem to see if he could handle. He told me that he could not do the work effectively, therefore would not take on the extra work. I appreciated his commitment to doing only what he is good at and not taking on a job that didn't fit his expertise. I would call Supreme and Michael back for any future issues. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and completed the job in 3 hours! They did a great job at clean up & hauled the old windows away. Just when I thought customer service seemed to be a thing of the past...Supreme Windows came through with flying colors!!

Six old wood framed windows were replaced by beautiful thermal windows. Enjoying how they the look on the house.

Even though I did not use this company, I would recommend. Their price on their own windows are very competitive. When come to installing windows from other manufacturer the price is not as good.

The contract went well as it was NOT the regular sales pitch working down from 20k to 5k type The measurement person came in a few days and took the detailed measurements. I called them to add grids to all the windows ( initially we had grids only in the front windows ) Only thing which was a bit negative was that we had to call them and schedule the final appointment and we were waiting for them to call us. That delayed this maybe a couple of weeks, I believe. The workers were well behaved and did the job in 2 days and cleaned up reasonably well. My 3 year old messed with the caulking while it was still moist , they redid the caulk for that window.

The order and build process went exactly as they had projected. On installation day, Tony and his team arrived on time. They completed the work quicker than I expected and cleaned up extensively. Tony and the team told me their motto was "treat this home like your mom's house"......and they all did. The install (as of now, 2 days later) looks virtually flawless. Of course I could walk around and find a touch of caulk mess or some tiny flaws, but nothing worth mentioning that should give anyone pause. The interior and exterior install looks great. Now I wait to see how the windows perform when the summer sun and heat hits. I would highly recommend Supreme.

My experience was fantastic. The guys that came out to perform the install were very professional and did a tremendous job! We purchased 6 double hung and 2 big slider windows for install at the end of March. Supreme was ready with custom sized windows within a month, but we were not.. We needed the install on one specific day and its was not a problem for them to oblige. On the day of the install, Laserro and his team of 3 arrived right on time and got to work. They busted a** completing the job in 4-5 hours and were extremely diligent in there clean up and they did a great job capping the outside windows. They made our home feel and look like a new house. We feel like we got a great deal and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Supreme Windows!

We had a fantastic experience. The sales person we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on the different type of replacement windows, the different glass types, window construction and the replacement process. He worked with us to identify our best options based on the features we needed most. I felt absolutely no pressure to upgrade unless I chose to add features and he clearly was willing to invest the time whether we bought or not. He "crunched the numbers" at our kitchen table and was ready and able to offer discounts and very aggressive pricing on the spot. There was no hard sell at all and the pricing discussion was led by ourselves. The owner kept in contact after the purchase was made and did a great job of keeping us apprised of when our windows were ready. The windows are built to your custom specifications in Franklin Park I believe so you are getting a local, American-made product. We made a change to our order after the initial sale and the change was made to the order and price without complaint or push back. The installers were two brothers and they did a great job. They were extremely meticulous in their work, and worked efficiently and relentlessly throughout the day. The windows were installed in December so there was less daylight but they made good use of all available working hours. The job site was kept clean and neat throughout the day and at the end of each day. Their work was very precise with tight clean mitre joints, attention to detail for trim, caulking and placement, and careful removal of existing windows. I would absolutely use Supreme Windows again and recommend them to friends and family.

All went well except, 1 of the windows was the incorrect size, came back to replace it within 2 business days. The installers were prompt, efficient & overall did a great job.

Excellent installation, very pleased with windows and total job.

They came out on Saturday, on time,got all the windows in. Finished outside on Monday.We noticed some of the grills didn't line up right,showed the installer,he called Supreme.Daniel from Supreme called back the next day and was out two days later,very nice guy.He went through every window and was more thorough and picky than we were,he found more.Also he said this has never happened before.A week later got a call from Charlie at the manufacture, went over the list of windows with me and set up someone to come out to replace the sashes with new ones. About two weeks later an installer came out and replaced about 17 sashes, took him about 45 min.James & Daniel from Supreme and Charlie were all very apologetic, they fixed everything and wanted to make us happy. Hey things happen , we would use them again !

Presentation from the sales person was professional and effective, there was no hard sale just useful information, also the price is reasonable compare to other window companies, so we made the decision to go with Supreme Windows. Due to the size of the job( windows for a 3600 sq ft house), it took 3 weeks for the manufacturing of the custom windows and then another 3 day for the installation. Overall we are satisfied, the crew did a good job with the installation both inside and out. Any issues during the installation process were handled b with professionalism. The last couple of day has been unseasonably cold and the new windows performed as promised: no drafts, no condensations which is a huge difference from our old windows. We are very happy that we were able to have the new windows installed before this winter. We still need to replace the sliding door to the deck and basement windows and we will definitely consider using them again when the time comes.

All went well the salesman was friendly and timely and explained all the details, the appointments were scheduled in a timely manner for the measurements and the windows were delivered within the promised time window. The unstallers were on time and professional and worked efficiently to complete the work. Overall I was pleased and would use this company again

Supreme Windows was able to do this installation without inconveniencing any work schedules, perfectly matching the interior design, and working quickly and cleaning up effectively. We are so pleased with their work. We had shopped around with other interviews of window companies and were most satisfied with Supreme's presentation of the quality of the windows energy efficiency and also with the volume discount they could afford us. James, the man we talked to over the phone to schedule and during the interview, was most impressive as a kind listener, a respectful and cheerful person, and as a consummate professional. At no time did we feel pressured into a sale and we were given much information about windows that updated us on newest advances in energy efficiency. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
