I bought their 7000 series and even though its not their highest rating product I, was expecting a much more better product. It is just been installed so I can't say much about the quality of installation. One annoying thing is that you have to align the double hung windows before you can lock them.

Started off great. James came in for an estimate even though he knew I had just signed to use a different company. He quote was better for the same windows so I went with Supreme Windows. My issue was with the quality of the installation. This was a 2 day project. All windows were removed at once. I had to let them know they missed a window before they left the first day. The second day I had to show them where they completely missed caulking a window. It was later in the day so when I was finally able to get out and inspect all the windows other windows had gaps in the caulk or was completely missed in spots. My brick paver patio had caulk drips and smears where they stepped on it and track it around. I'm still trying to get it all cleaned up. They also tracked in onto the rug inside the sliding glass door. My antique hope chest in the master bedroom had caulk on it that I was able to get off. They didn't remove the top portion of the old window, not sure what it's called but they just trimmed it. Looks totally unprofessional. I looked at my neighbors home that had their windows replaced recently and it was not left on theirs. One window was so bad they had to trim it more when one guy came back to re-caulk the missed areas. Some of the windows have caulk smeared where they used their fingers to smooth it out and looks very unprofessional. We had a hard rainfall and every window leaked. They came out again but this time with 3 guys and re-caulked every window. I had asked James to come out and inspect their work but he didn't. I understand sometimes things go wrong but if James would have come out to see the workmanship of his installers, I would be able to give a better overall grade. Customer service goes a long way.

Had entire house of Windows replaced. All the Windows had air leaking in when it is windy, enough so to make the window treatments blow back and forth. The solution was to insert a small piece of styrofoam type product in the drain holes. After this was done, still had drafts. Was told that the supervisors from both the window manufacturer and the installer would come out and look at the problem, but after at least a month or so, never heard anything again from Supreme. Would not recommend.

We used Angie's List to find supreme windows and had a salesman come out to give us a quote. After a hard push my husband chose to hire them. We discussed how most of out windows were replaced 4 years ago by the previous owners and that we wanted them to all match. We were assured that they would look the same. When he left we were excited about our new windows. When they were being installed I was mortified. They were nothing like we had discussed. I was livid and wanted them to stop. I called the company and they basically told me that they had to finish but that they would make it right. I did not want to pay them until it was made right but they told me they would take $350 off the price and assured me that they would fix until I was satisfied. A lady came out and I explained the situation. They agreed that the windows did not match and reprimanded the salesman for lying to us. They said they would replace the kitchen window since it was the window that was the most obvious but that I was stuck with the others. I was still upset but I look out this window more than the others so I was hoping it would lighten the hurt that I felt after being lied too. The new window still does not match and I still am not happy with it. Too add insult to injury I had painters came out and they informed me that they couldn't paint my house until the windows were fixed. The installers only put the trim up to the shutters and then caulked the shutters to my house instead of taking the shutters off and installing the windows correctly. When I called the owner about this he said it is normal to caulk the shutters to the house. I was offended that he thought I was that stupid. I continued that this also meant that they never sealed them properly. I demanded that they fix it. When they came back to fix that they saw it and said that they didn't have the right equipment to fix it and that they would need to come back a different day. So then I took a 4th day off of work for them to finally finish the job. When they finished they said that I still owed them $350 and they would not leave my driveway until I paid them. I called the owner again and explained that I thought he took that off the price since I took 4 days off of work for this and they did not deliver what they promised. He said no that I had to pay them and that they would not leave until I did. This was the worst experience that I have had with any service. I look at my windows everyday and hate them. I wont even buy window treatments for them since I am hoping to get them replaced properly this year. Please do not use this company. I would hate for anyone else to ever have this amount of stress over a home improvement that they should love.

Supreme replaced my patio door last year. They were great which is why I rehired them for the windows this year. Again, crew was great given how hard it is to hire labor at this price point. Having said that, the window installation was not perfect. 1) Caulking at the top of one window was forgotten. Scheduled an appointment and they will be fixing it within 24 hours. 2) as someone who puts a lot of pride into the work they do, I'm slightly disappointed by how poorly the exterior window trim was applied. It's very uneven which gives the appearance of an uncentered out of square window. This is to be expected to some degree given the age of the house but not quite to this level. 3) The windows themselves are high quality. I purchased the 8000 series which are manufactured locally by Climate Solutions. The window screens are extremely flimsy however. Overall I'm happy. The company is very responsive and I hope they fix the trim issue. I will update my review to all A's if as everything else was great.

The installation went great. They were done in a about 4 hours for 12 windows. They cleaned up after themselves, and when they left it was like they were never there. They showed up earlier than expected, which is fine. The price was great, and everyone was professional. We'd use them again for sure.

Everything so far has been very positive! They are time sensitive, and very professional.

We'll just say I had some problems with them. The problems with them were more related to the manufacturer that provided them the service. I think their installation services were fine. I think the interactions were okay. I think the work they did, again the installation, was fine. In the future they could get a different supplier for their windows to get a higher grade.

In the end very well. They were very professional and informative. The job wasn't easy, but they found a solution that worked well. Unfortunately, at first the results looked very sloppy (caulking was not careful, nicks and dings in the windows), but I complained and they fixed it up. They included a lifetime warranty, which is important to me.

Since install, I have had no issues with the windows. 6 months since install on 9/2016.

It was fine. There additional charges but they were minimal because we made decisions to upgrade. What stood out to me about them is the timeliness and responsiveness.

My husband and I had several windows replaced at our condo previously by another company and were very disappointed by the poor craftsmanship and sloppy installation. Therefore, when it came time to replace the majority of our windows, we did a lot of research to find a company we could trust. Supreme Windows was one of three companies we identified based on stellar reviews, and we appreciated the ease of getting a consultation scheduled and the amount of information we received. There was some pressure to sign immediately to get the best price but our representative pointed out that we legally had 3 days to cancel if we chose to go with another provider. We were considering another, smaller company but James provided us with a great deal and offered to personally do a walk through with us on the day of the installation to ensure our satisfaction. The installation was scheduled for a little over 6 weeks after we signed the contract and Supreme Windows worked with the manufacturers to stay on track with the timeline. I do recommend checking in about a week prior to your installation to ensure that everything is on time, but this is a good strategy for any project. What truly blew us away was the installation itself. Our crew was efficient, respectful and very attentive to detail. They took the initiative to make sure our windows fit well with the rest of the condo and did an excellent job caulking the interior and exterior seams. After finishing the work, they cleaned up the place so we couldn’t even tell they had been there and made sure to replace things they had moved to get the windows into our unit. To top things off, they gave us some interior and exterior caulk and paint to have on hand for future touch-ups. James came by to check the work and explain the operation for the different types of windows. We felt like both him and his team were very invested in our satisfaction. This was hands down the best experience we have had with contractors and we can’t recommend Supreme Windows enough. We love our new windows!

The experience was great!James is extremely professional and ensured we got all of our questions answered and we were satisfied with our service. The workers that came out were friendly and inviting and they worked extremely fast. As a courtesy they even re screwed our window blind holders back in (if that's what they are called). My husband and I are very satisfied with their service and level of integrity. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality work, friendly service and a great price for windows.

The overall experience was just awesome with James and his team at Supreme Windows. Supreme installed my Patio Door in my home in the Alsip area. James is very passionate about windows, loves what he does, and cares about his customers. I was referred to Supreme Windows by neighbor. I had obtained two quotes before contacting Supreme and they had the best offer. The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They made sure that all materials was removed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Supreme again. I highly recommended.

I spoke to a gentleman named Jim by phone. The conversation was pleasant and we scheduled an appointment. The sales rep who came to my house was not Jim. This wasn't the problem, but the fact that Supreme Windows has a current offer on Angie's List became the issue. The sales rep told me that if I signed today, ONLY during my first meeting, could the offer available on Angie's List be valid. The offer as I reviewed for this company does NOT say anything about such a condition. I was also told that the "special pricing" offered during this first visit was valid this time ONLY and not available if I didn't sign at the first visit. I had expressed that I was beginning the process of getting estimates to the rep. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to reconsider and go elsewhere. These are not acceptable tactics and shouldn't be accepted. The sales rep provided pricing but I would never consider this company for a job when they seem to be such seemingly unscrupulous people involved. A good sales rep associated with a good company wouldn't find it necessary to use such high pressure tactics.

Excellent. From the presentation James gave us in our home to the installation crew, everything went smoothly. And we were extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the great price we got.

Great product and price. Installation went great though i can't render a final verdict until winter comes. Having said that, they tried to reschedule last minute (12 hours before install). In addition, had to call multiple times to get the employee out to perform a final measurement multiple times then he failed to show without even calling. Having said that, salesman was a nice guy, low pressure. Door is great and well made. I plan on buying new windows from them next year.

They were quite responsive. They were very punctual. I thought the price was a little too high. They could lower the price. Everything else was great.

One of the sales guys came over late November and presented all levels and types of windows he took so much time and care in making I understood the thermopane and how the glass is treated to become weather resistant. I needed 10 windows to complete my house and had a price in my head. It ended up that they had an Angie's special on a particular kind of window with selecting that window along with a few more discounts he was able to help me get my windows at the price I could afford; it was wonderful! The installation went just as well very courteous & conscientious crew of 6. It was a very damp day but they kept the house clean and continually worked all day and was done in one day; again wonderful!!

Things went fine. The crew handled the job quickly without sacrificing quality and without being intrusive. I felt the owner was responsive and made sure everything went well.
