James did a great job fixing the window and the flashing along the front of my house to make it look excellent! He came and gave me an estimate/quote next day after calling him. He was very flexible and showed up on time for our agreed time slot. I am a traveling consultant and travel every week. James was able to expedite the fabrication of my windows and get them installed in less than a 2 week turn around! He went out of his way to make sure they were installed before I started my next business trip. Additionally, after his crew finished the job, he came for an in person inspection. The framing was bit dirty so he literally grabbed a can a paint and brush and painted the framing just to make everything look perfect. James does quality work and provides quality windows! I'll definitely be using Supreme Windows again for any of my future window needs! He also provides a lifetime warranty on his windows and workmanship!

They were courteous and a little late getting there, but everything was fine and they were friendly. The problem was that they could not find a window that would exactly fit the old window that we had, so they were offering different solutions that involved putting two windows in the space and that was the reason we didn't go with that option.

So happy with my new windows & patio door. Insulation is great as I cannot hear traffic from my front facing balcony. Also, before the new windows, I had to sleep with ear plugs due to the droning sound coming from next door building's air filtration unit. Now I sleep and wake up very rested because I don't hear the droning and I don't need to sleep with earplugs anymore! I mention this only because I had new windows installed at a previous home and I still heard outside noise. Those windows cost more and were inferior quality. With Supreme Windows, I felt I got very good windows at a reasonable price. James if very good at working within your budget and he does not try to skimp on quality. He will get you the best windows for your budget.. At our inital meeting, he told us he will do a presentation. My husband & I looked at each other & rolled our eyes, thinking here comes the high pressure sales pitch. Not so. His presentation turned out to be very informatiive and helpful in choosing the grade/effciency of windows we wanted. James answers your questions quite logically, his answers all made sense. I did not feel I was being bam-boozled into anything. I did not feel pressured at all through the whole process. His installation crew was professional, having done it for many, many years. I would definitely recommend Supreme Windows. UPDATE: Patio door had a draft on the side of the frame. Called James. He responded only because I had referred him to a neighbor and his installation team was in the neighborhood. Turned out the wooden frame only needed to be nailed in and caulked. Since then, noticed some of the windows had a slight draft coming in through corner of the windows, so emailed James, but this time, no response. Beware, he only responds if he's in the area. Since his crew works all over Chicagoland, good luck getting someone over.

Long story short - James from Supreme Windows delivered and met all our expectations. The windows were EARLY, looked great, were priced better than other bids I had received previously, and when installed they were neat & clean and everything looked great. They covered everything to ensure the floors didn't get dirty/messy and left everything as they had found it. Great experience. Would absolutely hire them again.

I would like to recommend them. The owner is James Palmer. I was just going to get a basic window but since I’m ordering the whole house he gave me absolutely incredible deal on the top of the line window for the whole house. He lets us to do it in installments like I could order 4 windows at a time. I am still using that service. I contacted it 6 local companies, nobody in the 6 returned my phone call. He was the only one that returned my phone call and he is on the North side of Chicago. He came out, showed me the windows and always returned my phone calls within 24 if not 28 hours.

This company was wonderful. They fixed the mess that another contractor created. It has taken almost 10 years to get it fixed. Jimmy Palmer does a wonderful job. He was able to get in quickly and gave us a discount. He was here while I was sick to make sure when I got home from the hospital, that the project was done. The insulation that was installed was great! They put in double the amount and our house is now much quieter and our furnace only runs half as much.
