Description of Work: Wrong trim color around windows wouldn't have been done right had I not been home from work. Wrong glass used in window order was installed in June now getting to replace glass finally 3 months later, supposedly, today.

Description of Work: Installed 6 new windows

Description of Work: Replaced 5 double hung windows and one sliding patio door. They honored the price break advertised on Angies list, and their quote ended up being $1000. to $2500. less than our other quotes from other suppliers. Performed the work within the estimated timeframe. Arrived on time and the three man crew completed the whole job within 5 hours including a satifactory cleanup. Crew was friendly, professional, can respectful, and they all spoke english.

Description of Work: I have great experience with Supreme window. James (owner) was with me contact from day one while he never came to my home for quote. He personally came for final measurement and windows were installed as promissed. I am very happy, infact I have some small issue after six month and I explained need some small adjustment. He replied me and send someone at my home on 6/30/2015 and they adjusted with my satisfaction. I would recommend for business. Very nice and confident guy who response is always on time.

Description of Work: The kitchen window was not measured properly. Necessary to use wooded slates to make up for error in measuring. Other issues I am still looking into. The windows are good quality and seem overall to work well. Next winter will give the real answer. Overall I am happy...so far.

Description of Work: I received an estimate from Supreme for replacement windows. The salesman was knowledgeable and well-prepared, but his pitch turned into a long spiel and it got to the point where I almost felt captive in my own home. After listening to what I was looking for, he explained the options they have to offer, and wrote out a quote on the spot. He then proceeded to offer several discounts, stacking one on the other, basically putting on a lot of pressure to decide on the spot. It may work for some, but this totally rubbed me the wrong way. Make me your offer and sell me on your company, then let me decide who to go with. | |It was pretty clear that when he left my home without a signed contract he had written me off as a lost sale. When I called back a few days later, I never was able to connect with him. | |The pricing was aggressive, so if you're looking to spend as little as possible you might consider Supreme. But if you're looking for less pressure and a more established feel from your vendor you may find other vendors more to your liking. I did.

Description of Work: I'm still waiting on the windows to be installed. My husband and I decided to use this company, we enjoyed the sales rep who came to our house. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Description of Work: They were great. Very professional and friendly. They were punctual with the sales appointment & the window installation. Their sales pitch was very effective with the props and explanations. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They removed 5 old original windows and replaced with new thermal windows along with installing new windows wrap around outside framing. They did good job and done fast...although, I think they should have put more insulation caulking. The deal through Angie's List was a good deal, but I asked about adding 2 more additional windows and was too costly so I stick with 5 windows. I upgraded with gas in windows for warmer winter/cooler summer for an extra $500.

Description of Work: They were here promptly on the third appointment due to bad weather. The guys were professional. They did an excellent job putting the windows in, however they looked cheaper than expected. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall the windows look great. One thing that they didn't do was clean up out side after the job was done. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Made a good presentation of their product without any hype about doing it now. Did not try to pressure US into more than we wanted. Crew arrived for installation and went to work. Did not waste anytime and were very considerate of our home in starting off with drop clothes in the entry to work area. Replaced wood rot area outside of the new window area without an extra charge. I Really appreciate the work ethic of the crew on this job and the presentation of Mr. James. Look forward to working with this company for next year's window project. I trust this company and would recommend them to my family and friends.
