This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Ron, our salesman, was thorough and explained everything. The workers were fast, efficient and cleaned up extremely good. They were also very personable. When I'm ready to replace more windows, I will definitely go straight to Supreme Windows.

A little sloppy in their cleanup. Found insulation and aluminum scraps around work areas afterwards. English was not the installers first language, so there was some communication issues. So far, no problems with any of the windows. We'll see come this winter.

Installation quick, windows definitely keep the Chicago air out, but the screens are flimsy, didn't last 6 months, called James and basically I was on my own. Ended up repairing my own screen. The turn crank for both casement windows broke within a year. This may just be these type of window because the ones James replaced did the same thing. Oh and the windows are supposed to have some type of mechanism so that they only can be raised up so far, a stopper of some sort- plastic and of poor quality. Friends of mine who are building owners always ask me who did my windows because from the outside they look fine, however I point them in a different direction.

Great company and great service! I had 1/2 of the windows in my house replaced and I am going to use them to replace the other half in the next 6 weeks.

We have recently replaced windows in our apartment on 4th floor which were professionally installed by Supreme Windows. Their windows are of great quality and look really good. James is very approachable and will work hard leave you happy. Replacing your windows is a big undertaking, make the right choice by choosing installer with years of experience and solid reputation.

I found the sales pitch to be very helpful in my decision making process. The company did a major window job for me and stuck through the project until complete! Extra supplies were needed in order to make the interior look polished and they provided this with no extra charge in order to feel confident in their project and to assure my acceptance of the work they'd done. Great Company to hire!

Good service. They did a good job. They also came by and fixed a minor issue that cropped up after a few months.

I had all of our basement windows replaced. The old windows had been caulked shut and hadn't been opened for over 40 years. Great price, nice windows, very good installation, I particularly like how well they cleaned up afterwards. Great to work with.

This project went very well. We had 22 storm windows installed at our income property by Supreme. We.will be hiring them again in the future to install some windows for our garden apartment there. We are very happy with the work done. And would definitely recommend them to anyone.
