Jim Palmer presented himself in a professional manner on time for project willing to admit mistake during presentation. Phase 1 was find and put Phase 2 in operation after the end of Phase 1. Hope the guarantees will stay in place as stated for 20years

James was great. He had a great price and did a very professional job installing the windows. He never did the overbearing sales pitch. Other window reps did long boring presentations and several times were almost nsulting. James made me feel completely comfortable with the information and didn't try to oversell me on his products. He also took the time to play with our dog and talk to my teenage son! He oversaw the installation and made sure that everything was perfect. He is a real professional. I have already recommended him to other neighbors and friends. Window is looks great and we have no more DRAFTS!!! Thanks James!!

Awesome. Thrilled to find high quality work, top quality windows for 1/2 of the other bidders. Work done on time, neatly. I was so impressed with the quality overall, and the professionalism, timeliness, I added another window project. I had received several other bids -- one was double Jame's price, one was triple. Ordinarily I'm hesitant to go with the low bidder, but James had great ratings, great references and the sample windows had all the "little things" that make an efficient, quality window.Installation was done very well, and they even filled the gaps in the wall with spray foam. These details mater!

I had a fantastic experience with Supreme Windows, Inc. and its owner Mr. James Palmer. This is a wonderfully professional company. Mr. Palmer is a kind, considerate and very professional proprietor. His work is definitely customer satisfaction guaranteed. I had windows that I bought from a local retailer in my garage for three years. I could not find a reputable, reliable and professional installer to install these windows. Many were called but few were chosen. That sad tale ended when Service Magic recommended Supreme Windows to me. I'm as pleased as punch with Mr. James Palmer's service. He and his crew did an excellent job. Kudos to him!!
