Good. They did a really nice job. They stayed within their budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

Santilli's does decent work, but their communication and timeliness are poor. It took almost a month and a half from when we put down the deposit to when the showed up. Then after the job, they took weeks to show up and clean up the stones they left on our driveway. They're a longstanding Aurora business, but there are probably some better landscapers out there.

For the landscaping itself, they helped us select the trees and shrubs at the nursery, and did a good job on the landscaping itself. However, we are having a very difficult time a year later to have Santilli replace some dead shrubs (included in the guarantee) and deliver backordered stone bench. Left many messages, talked to many associates (including owner) to no avail.

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE AS WE INVESTIGATED OUR OPTIONS. THE WORKERS WERE FANTASTIC - COMPLETING THIS LARGE JOB IN ONLY 4 DAYS!
