I can honestly say that without a doubt that selecting this company to move my belongings was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Please save yourself the heartache and do not hire this company. The majority of my furniture was damaged during the moving process due to the neglect of the moving team. Large wooden custom made pieces were not even wrapped in cotton blankets and got destroyed. Our sales rep (Nate) was very professional and educated, but he disappeared the moment things started to go wrong as the trucks were unloaded. The #1 reason I am completely disheartened by this company is because the owner doesn't care at all about customer service and the quality or reputation of his company. After watching dozens of pieces of furniture come off the moving truck that were destroyed and damaged we demanded to speak to the owner. We did eventually get a hold of him, and he never once came close to apologizing for the devastation he caused us. His response was "I'm not in the insurance business so call XYZ number, and make sure you send the balance due on your account". Wow I'm so glad that you care about your customers Mr. Bill Volk.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by Pro Movers. Jeff, Willie and Lathario possess a combination of great attitude and hard work that is unique. Once they started they didn’t stop, the only break they seemed to get was while in the truck between locations. They took great care with everything that had to be moved, managing some very heavy and very awkward furniture. A lot of furniture and boxes were destined for storage, and they treated how to manage everything like it was a large jigsaw puzzle. We are completely satisfied with their work. At the end of the day it’s obvious that these guys care about the job they do.

My experience with them was very good. This is my first time using them. I am getting ready to move. I sat down with five different moving companies. I had them all come in, look at my home and went through the same process. Pro Movers was the most affordable, which made the difference for me. It was also the fact that he answered all my questions, and was willing to work with me and my budget constraints. Even if I saw something that another moving company told me they could do, I would ask him, and they were willing to accommodate. They really wanted my business, and that's important to me. I did check them with the Better Business Bureau. When I searched online to check for reviews of other clients and their feedback, I felt most comfortable with them. Their quote was the lowest. The one thing that I learned in speaking with all these movers is that it's a pretty big relocation and I was looking at a distance times weight situation. We also have to make sure that they are taking good care of our belongings. I had a mover who quoted $25,000, and he was not selected. It takes them time to respond back.
