Plumb It Best LLC

I called Plumb-It on a Friday based on Angie's List reviews. They came out to my house in about 30 minutes. Within 40 minutes of arrival, the problem was correctly diagnosed and fully resolved. The drain line going to my ejector pit had become plugged. They augered the line clear and rotated the ejector pump to prevent the problem in the future. They also recommended flushing the basement toilet on a regular basis to keep the drain line clear. I would definitely use Plumb-It again. They provide professional, first-class service for a reasonable price.

Had a 12 year old water heater that was leaking. Called Scott and he gave me a quote over the phone given the current specs on my water heater. I'm usually a do it yourselfer, but for a water heater and a family of four, I figured this was worth it. So true, no way I was going to try and muscle that tank up and down the stairs to my basement. The guys were courteous and fast and finished the job quickly and without any hassle. Very responsive. The problem was resolved within an hour of my calling. Very honest. I received an estimate over the phone, but it ended up being a slightly easier job than anticipated and the final price reflected that. Very professional/polite. Super nice guy and this work was done on Christmas Day just after noon when others weren't answering their phones.

I called and discussed the problem . Texted pictures and then Scott talked me through possible problems before he would come out to the house.

This is the third time I've used Plumb It. They are friendlly, professional, and very skilled at their trade. Scott and Jimmy are the only plumbers I will call for work I need done because I know it will be done right. In addition, their fees are incredibly reasonable. It's great to have a plumber you know you can trust to do the job right. They replaced the valve, faucet spout, and shower head, installed air chambers to eliminate water hammers, and since I had no access behind the shower valve, they very neatly opened an access portal on the opposite wall that I can easily put a small door/hatch over. The work took about 1.5 hours and they cleaned up so well that you'd never know there had been work done.

See above comment. James did a Great job and did. Additional service to call the manufacture of my water heater to get a replacement gas valve sent to me as it was still under warranty. He went out if his way to provide service above and beyond.

Showed up ON TIME. The replacement of parts in both toilets took less than 20 minutes. Everything working great now. The owner, Scott came out personally. Great customer service and we felt very comfortable having Scott and his assistant working in and around our home. If you need a fast, efficient plumber, Plumb-It is the company to call. This business is a 'keeper'.

Scott and his team are great to work with. I had a basement plumbing emergency and he thought it would take a day to get out. Scott called back in 10 minutes and had a guy out that day. We use them for all our plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

While selling our house, the buyer's home inspector identified a few items that they wanted addressed by a professional plumber. I called one contractor and had him come out to provide an estimate. He wanted $350 to replace the di-electric union, replace the venting, and replace the hoses if he could get them off (they were very rusty). If he couldn't, he quoted me $890 to cut into the wall and replace the valves. I would have to do the drywall repair myself. After that I called Plumb-It Inc. Scott responded with a phone call. I sent him pics of the issue via text and he called me back with a fair price both if he could save the valves and if he had to tear into the wall. His price was less than half the other guys ($350 to accomplish the same thing)! I booked him to come out the following day. The plumbers came at the expected time and handled all of the repairs, saving the valves, in an hour and a half (the other plumber was quoting 4 hours of work). They were friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

Scott gave me estimate of $225 to replace nonfunctioning outdoor faucet with top of line replacement. It's my only outdoor faucet and since I just had new landscaping installed, needed the repair as soon as possible. They were able to come out the next day. As it turned out, the faucet just needed repairs and the cost was only $85. Since I'm plumbing challenged, I really appreciated their honesty and quick response. Definitely recommend!

I thought our upstairs bath tub was leaking because I noticed water spots on the garage ceiling. I called and they came out the same day within a couple of hours. They came out, measured and determined it was the toilet seal. I thought they were going to have to cut the ceiling in the garage to find the leak so I was very happy they didn't have to. The 2 gentleman could not have been any nicer and they explained exactly what the problem was. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Scott came out and diagnosed a leak for me, he was very knowledgable and was able to tell me what the issue was within a few minutes. He was very honest about what the repair would entail and helped me come to a cost effective solution. Scott will absolutely get my next plumbing job. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs service.

Outstanding service. The seal underneath a powder room toilet had become unseated, causing a leak. The problem was identified and fixed in minutes. There was a slight problem with the supply tubing, which they replaced gratis and they also fixed some minor issues with two other toilets in the whom. I have already contacted them about additional work.

My kitchen sinks drain pipe is clogged., water is backing-up to the sinks. I called Scott, in less than 3 hours after my call, his plumber, James arrived. James is very punctual, professional and thorough; he cleared the drain pipe of clog and tested proper drainage twice. I highly recommend Plumb-It, Inc. I called Scott and set up an appointment to dewinterize a property. He was nice and processional. Checked for everything, he was supposed to in detail and also pointed out couple of other things. Overall, a nice experience and I would for certain call him again.

I had a great experience with Plumb-It for replacing my hot water heater! They took our call on a Sunday when our water heater began leaking from the top and were able to come out the following day. James arrived within 45 minutes of the 3 hour window (he probably would have been here sooner if it wasn?t snowing!). He was very professional and courteous. They charged exactly what we were quoted over the phone and honored the coupon they had on their site for $50 off the hot water heater purchase & installation. James was very thorough and took the time to point out the major components of the new water heater. He also talked me through how to drain the water heater (which you should do 1-2 times per year). It took just over two hours to complete, which included unhooking/moving our washer and dryer so he could access the water heater, and re-hooking them back up. I highly recommend Plumb-It and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

Scott came over at the drop of a hat and fixed my toilet in a matter of seconds. I called and within 10 minutes he was here. I had been waiting for a call back from my plumber for a couple of weeks, with no answer. Scott fixed my toilet within 20 minutes of my initial call. He will most definitely be used again in the future. Thank you very much, Scott! You're a true professional in the industry.

I called that morning because our kitchen sink had been leaking on and off for a couple months, and we could not tighten the loose connectors any longer. PlumbIt had me purchase a new faucet at a local plumbing supply company, and the plumber came out a couple of hours later. So far, so good.

Smoothly, despite old, rusty, seized lines.

It was fine. They came promptly, they were very efficient about what they did and the price was reasonable for what they did.

I had a water leak from the water faucet that is connected to Refrigirator ice cube maker...It leaked through drywall and also under the fridge. It took about 15 minutes(20 minutes top) to replace the valve (they had to cut small drywall portion which was left open as they don't do drywall patch work). Work was done right but it was very pricey as I had to pay $225 for this work. THis work has about 15 bucks parts...Everything is good except I felt very pricey for the job that was done in terms of time it took and complexity. All other areas, I have positive feedback for them except cost wise... Thanks,
