Description of Work: Okay.. I normally don't write reviews. But when I feel I can help other people avoid being taken advantage of. I'm going to say something. We had new granite counters and a new sink installed in our kitchen yesterday. And I had intended to put the new faucet and garbage disposal in myself.(a job pretty much anyone could do) But things have been crazy and my wife suggested having a plumber do it. So.. Apon referrals we had seen. She called Plumb it. Scott was nice and eager to help.. My wife explained the work we needed and asked what his fee would be.. I didn't need to hear what he said.. The look on her face said it all. $500!!!! $500 to slip a faucet in a hole.. Tighten the nut that holds it. Hook up two flexible water lines by hand.. Bolt a garbage disposal on and hook up two wires.. A job ANY plumber worth his salt could do in under a hour.. A job almost every review on amazon (for the garbage disposal) said "was the easiest install they had ever done.. 20 Min. Tops!!" I don't care how nice of a guy he is.. I don't care how good of a plumber he is.. He's not worth $500 an hour.. And let's just say for one second that he's the slowest plumber on the planet. And it takes him twice the amount of time it should take.. 2 hours.. That's still $250 an hour labor.. Thanks but no thanks.. I'll do it myself. And If.. Like me.. You don't have money to just throw out the window. And don't like being taken advantage of.. I'd Look elsewhere for a plumber.. also.. Apon posting about my experience on another local forum. I received comments from other people who had similar experiences with this company. One person also stated they had hired them and he completed the work. But Apon job completion.. He complained he under quoted the job and felt he should be paid more. The woman stated she felt his price was already high but she needed the work done and went with him. Update-I hired another plumber who not only did the work that I had contacted Plumb it about.. They also put new shut off valves under my sink and on my water line for my refrigerator. And it only cost me $220 and that was with materials. Which was a vary fair amount. Plumb it is ripping people off.

Description of Work: I had a few plumbing problems that needed repair. | |1. The shower faucet cartridge need to be replaced due to constant dripping. |2. The bathtub faucet cartridge need to be replaced due to stuck in cold water only. |3. The cold water laundry faucet need to be replaced due to unable to turn. |4. Both outside faucets were leaking from the stem when turned on. | |Scott and his assistant were able to repair the first three items on list without any problem. Scott was able to quickly adjust the two outside faucets so they don't leak any more. He didn't charge me for the two quick fixes, which I was very appreciated. He was friendly and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him to my neighbors.

Description of Work: I had a leaking toilet, also a toilet with flushing problem as the previous plumber didn't get the water line right. I contacted Plumb-IT for help, they did the repairs quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Will definitely use them next time.

Description of Work: roto-routed sewer line. It took them several hours, but they made it happen...and gave us a discount and we are well satisfied with the work, the plumbers and their professionalism

Description of Work: I had Plumb-It out twice, once to by-pass some existing older plumbing, and another to replace pipe and clean out some existing threads on a stack connection in the bathroom. They were on time, friendly and informative, and got the work done for what I would expect to pay. Scott, the owner, seems like a real decent guy.
