Description of Work: He fixed a outside faucet and placed a indoor access panel. His name was James great guy very nice. We plan on calling them again in the fall when we want our bathrooms updated.

Description of Work: They fixed a toilet. After they replaced a part then left, the toilet sounded like it was still leaking. They came back, but thought I didn't know how quiet my toilet should be. They were easygoing so I scheduled an appointment to have them replace my kitchen faucet. That went better and faucet and toilet are still working well.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucet that froze and piping in basement for sump pump.

Description of Work: Our plumbing was put in with the wrong pitch. The guys from Plumb It had to redo our pipes. They did a fabulous job and quickly as we had people coming to stay with us so it was very important to get our plumbing fixed quickly!

They were a little bit later than they said but did call to make sure it was ok and to let me know there was an unforeseen problem at the previous job. Since mine was not an emergency that was fine and understandable. He cleared the bathroom and kitchen sink quickly and neatly. He was friendly (he gave me a great/simple recipe for a family lunch I had coming up) and professional and told me everything that he was doing. I used them before (he remembered coming here) and will use them again. I highly recommend them. Good service and reasonable prices

Description of Work: I called Plumb-It to replace a kitchen faucet. They were very professional and I'd use them again.

Description of Work: James from Plumb-It replaced some rusted bolts in a toilet tank that were causing a leak. They were very well rusted in place, so it took some effort, but he got the job done. He also inspected some other fixtures, and checked for a leak. Overall, we were very pleased and we would definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: Scott and his partner Jim were here right on time and snaked my kitchen sink lines out and fixed the problem. Scott went into the bathroom to look at the sink there and found problem with the p trap and replaced it. I will definitely use them again and tell my neighbors about them. Thanks guys glad I found you two here on Angies List.

Description of Work: Let me add to the chorus of happy customers. Called at 9 am to report that my hot water heater was kaput, had a new high recovery hot water heater installed before 2 pm. Perfect. Nice guys, quality, fast work.

Description of Work: wow....that's how my wife described the service and professionalism of this company and associate. plumbers are like hospitals we don't want to use them but we are glad to have em if we need them. I was impressed by the promptness of my request the ability to make a recommendation and resolve the situation in one visit. Price is what it is...you have to pay for any tradesmans work and materials are wha they are if you want resolve to plumbing matters. Thank you for making us feel important and making my wife happy.
