Description of Work: Complete home plumbing inspection. I have 5 baths and 2 half baths and 2 kitchens. He checked everything, including hot water heater. Service personal very careful and helpful, as I had a lot of questions about my water heater.

Description of Work: House drain scoped and rodded. Good work, very good price, nice serviceman. Was supposed to come again next day, had to call. Over all good experience. No further sales pitches, just did the job and explained any things I should look into.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the special on Angies list for sewer drain rodding. The technician was prompt, friendly and overall I had a great experience. What was especially nice was for this low rate he used the camera and I was able to see my entire sewer line from the house to the street. Competitors cost upwards for $400.00 when a camera is used. This was a great deal.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly at the time promised. Inspected the sewer with video in my presence and explained in detail everything seen. Explained the next suggested step--a more thorough method of completely cleaning the sewer in order to see if it qualified for a lining. Gave a lengthy and thorough explanation of the possible alternatives available. Manner was pleasant and matter-of-fact. If I decide on the lining, I will definitely consider them.

Description of Work: prompt and polite. The main sewer line was rodded. I have it done twice a year to prevent back ups and have had different services over the years. This company did the job and didn't try and find other issues.

Description of Work: I joined Angies list today and found this company originally to fix my plumbing. When I called scheduling an appointment I inquired regarding a check up for my AC and scheduled an appointment. Todd Brummel called and asked if he could come 1/2 hour earlier which was fine. He arrived on time and did a routine check on my AC. Everything was in order, no issues and discussed a routine monthly fee to maintain both my furnace and A/C that was very reasonable and I signed up for the year. Todd was very knowledgable and professional and I was impressed with the timeliness as well as service provided. I was very pleased with Perfect Home Services and Todd..
