I have an older furnace that is at the end of it’s life so I asked for the truth about the condition of my furnace and was told what to expect if it does break down. He also told me how important it was to have a carbon monoxide detector in my house. I appreciate the honesty. I also wanted to mention I have a service plan that pays for free check ups.

Kyle the technician was very professional. I was gonna use the $39 furnace tune up, but he only took $20 because he couldn't do a full inspection due to some cracks he found in the heat exchanger. I ended up asking him estimates on replacing the furnace entirely, possibly with the AC as well, since the repair costs would amount to $2000+. I'm seriously considering replacing the furnace, and probably the AC with it, because he gave me a good quote (I think) with the Black Friday deal: $6171 for a Trane 75K BTU furnace and 2.5T rated AC, taxes included. Let me know if I'm mistaken.

Took 2 trips and was charged for both. Looked up part could buy for $110. In total I was charged $570. They wanted to charge $700 was like car dealer negotiation. Went back to manager who said would look into and never called back.

First plumber Shaun was very friendly and professional. I opted for a hydro jet clean out. He was able to get it scheduled for this afternoon.

Kevin arrived on time and was very polite. He explained everything as he was going through the furnace tune up. He was very respectful and prepared in regards to the covid-19 CDC recommendations. He was very personable and did a great job inspecting and adjusting my furnace. I don't believe there was anything more he could have done to make this a more enjoyable experience.

Technician performed tuneup, and suggested a fan blower cleaning which I will call them again when I decide to have it done!

Brent arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and performed the installation as required.

To continue sump running Constance , injector was going Krazy. The water drain from the house was full of water . When all said and done! The pipe drain outside was snaked. That came to the conclusion the pipe collapse. A crew will return to dig up and replace the pipe. Hopefully that is the issue? Disown payment $800.00 . Could be more.

Jim Hamilton did excellent job on explaining all details about his service. No repairs needed to be done at this time but I would definitely use Perfect Home Services in the future.

Excellent!! Our technician Alex T was very courteous and a true professional. He was very thorough in tuning up/ cleaning both furnaces. He even checked on our AC units to ensure we would have no issues next summer which I did not know was part of the service as I don’t remember it being done before as part of furnace tune up by this company. He went above and beyond by troubleshooting our humidifiers (which were not on the service request) and provided a detailed explanation of what needs to be done. I highly recommend his services if hiring Perfect home services for your needs.
