My technician Eric was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. It was actually the most comprehensive tune-up that I have seen after having used several companies for annual tune-ups. Eric explained everything as he was checking the various items included in the company's furnace tune-up. He checked a lot of things using different tools and explained the readings as I have an older furnace unit. There was nothing that needed to be replaced right away. He let me know what may need to be replaced in the future and gave furnace filter recommendations since I have older unit it's important for air to be able to flow well. I would also like to comment on the company's customer service. I appreciate the customer service giving me a 30 minute courtesy call to let me know when technician in route. Service companies give the 4 hr window, but it's above and appreciative when a company go beyond to also let the customer know when technician is in route so we have better idea to plan our day. This was for a rental property and although someone was home anyway, I appreciate them giving me the 30 minute courtesy call so I could also be present for the appointment. Thank you.

Great service as always. Brent came out to see what would need to be done & provided a quote. Pat & Nathan came out the next day to install ... and of course ... found a problem with the “closet collar” ... which added extra work & labor cost. However, two repair options were provided to me by Brent ... at an approx $1,700 difference. The work was completed same day & I have a new Kohler Cimarron 1.6 gal water-saver toilet.

Excellent. The service tech was extremely professional and polite. He wore a mask and booties over his shoes and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. He explained the VIP package but was not at all pushy. He showed me exactly what he did and and made helpful recommendations.

Ended up ordering a new furnace since the furnace was 17 years old and the repairs where almost as much as buying a new system

Great. The scheduling was within one week. They were prompt and courteous clean and for $39 with the coupon who can beat that?
