Description of Work: They installed a new (not a replacement) laundry tub sink in the basement.

Description of Work: Purchased the $69 big deal for sewer rodding. Deal said it included a free camera inspection, however the technician said it did not and would cost extra. I had to show him the deal on my phone to prove it. The rodding machine was functional but had a broken wheel. This caused the appointment to drag on since the technician had difficultly maneuvering the heavy equipment across the yard on one wheel. The rodding itself was very minimal - a small hole was punched through the roots. Technician recommended a water flush through the line which he estimated would cost over $1k. I thought this sounded excessive so I declined and found another provider who charged less than half of that.

Description of Work: Service was up to par, but pricing was very high. To caulk my rentals tub, they wanted an additional $200.

Description of Work: The visit went great! We found the company when they offered a furnace cleaning. We were very lucky that they sent Paul to us to do the work. He was personable and very professional. The cleaning went fine and as he said, all systems were okay. However, he told my husband that there was a 'low charge at the run cap.' He said although we did not NEED to do anything more, he suggested that things would run more efficiently and overall would be better if we exchanged the run capacitor. He was not at all 'pushy,' but we felt he had our best interests in mind by suggesting that service. We went ahead with it and really appreciated him caring about his work and about his customer! I would definitely ask for him again.

Description of Work: The tech checked out the Central A/C. All checked out well excepted the run capacitor was getting close to it's lower limit for micro-farads. They wanted to charge a higher price to replace then I thought acceptable, so I chose to do it myself.

Description of Work: Repair ,replace sewer pipes. The job was initiated in January,because of the challenging winter weather there were periods when they were unable to work due to the extreme cold and then the melting snow. The employees were excellent, very personable, polite and knowledgeable about their work.

Description of Work: After having another company tell me they couldn't put a camera in a pipe because there might be water in the pipe (duh, of course there is!) PHS came out and "eureka"! - and put the camera in the pipe that had water in it. I asked for an estimate for some other work. He gave me a price after thinking about it for a minute. It was a bit lower than the other estimate I recieved so considered it. HOWEVER - I was told that they can't give me a written estimate. Because I could use it to shop around? (duh, that's exactly why I wanted it. (I own a company and give written estimates on the spot). Anyway - wound up getting a third estimate (in writing) and went with them. Happened to be the cheapest but felt good about it. Will use THAT company again.

Description of Work: Did not find sewer problem. Tore up my yard, damaged sewer in basement. Tried to charge me for their mistakes. Hired another contractor who did the complete job in 3 days for 1/3 the price. Was able to receive a partial refund through the company's insurance to cover my damages.

Description of Work: Perfect Home Services came out to rod our sewer line. Unfortunately, after looking at it, they thought it would be risky to rod it. Because of some big tree roots, they said there was a chance it could break the clay sewer pipes. So, after discussing it with them, we decided not to rod and instead call the county to see what could be done.

Description of Work: Rodded a main sewer, then hydro cut through.

Description of Work: He arrived very timely and was professional. But they but were unable to do the work. The workman said their equipment was too heavy for the steps involved. I then contacted ARS Rooter and they were able to bring equipment in and correct the issue.

Description of Work: I hired them to service and clean the unit.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from them for hydro jetting the main sewer drain line or any other household drain line.
