They did a great job and cleaned up after taking down two trees. They were very professional and on time. Would use them again. They were very respectful of the neighboring properties since one tree was on a property line.

We live in Yorkville and had a tree fall down over our fence during an awful storm. I called Paulo and Sons last week, and today they removed it. They are very busy with all of the trees falling and they got me in just 4 days after I called them. Not only did they do a great job, but they also cleaned up my entire front and back yard of broken branches. The reviews here are true, they are wonderful.

Called Paulo to have tree removed after storm hit. Got back to me the following day with a quote. The quote was significantly lower then the rest. Arrived the next day to remove tree and clean up the yard. They even took the time to ask if I wanted some other logs removed not in the original quote and didn't charge me. They did a great job and nice to see a group of young guys working so hard. Would hire again- very polite

Paulo and Sons showed up as scheduled, worked carefully and efficiently to remove our multiple-trunked tree, which had grown very close to our home/roof. They were pleasant to deal with and left our yard and the street clean.

The tree stump I had removed was in an area where landscaping rock was in abundance. I cleared away much of the rock but apparently not enough because when they were done grinding the stump there was a mixture of rock and mulch which took me around 5 hours to clean up.

Very responsive - from providing the quote to any other communication until the project was complete. Arrived on the project date on and did a great job on the work and also clean-up afterwards. Highly recommend.

For tree cutting and stump removal, they are good and I would recommend For tree pruning and trimming - I would recommend with CAUTION: They verbally agreed to the scope of the work - trim, prune and shape the tree in the original shape of inverted water droplet - with trimming up to almost 25 feet above the ground Agreed to the asked price - it was high and I was ok as the work expected would have required fine maneuvering and skilled trimming and could have taken easily more than an hour to do it right Quote provided simply said clean up the trees Didn t do exactly what was discussed - post 20 mts of work on the tree, asserted they did what was discussed and that I could verify with what is written in the quote If you want to engage them, discuss the scope by drawing pictures on a paper with verbal description in clear, simple words with their signed acknowledgment to avoid any disappointment. They come across as good people. I don t think their intent was to cheat. It is a lesson learned how to set the scope expectations and have nothing lost in translation- and never have a generic description in the quote for the scope of work that can be legally interpreted in many different ways. And for their personal integrity, that is to be validated yet. I accidentally wrote a check of higher amount. They returned my call and said would return the extra money - has been over a week, let s see

Friendly family owned business. Paulo was the first company to call me back. They trimmed a tree, removed a tree and ground the stump (same day). The work was done to my expectations including clean up. Very affordable. I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.
