Mitch replaced liner on my 25 year above ground pool in 2019 and it's still good as new. Last week I called on him again--pump/filter problem that I could not diagnose after just opening the pool. He troubleshooted over the phone with me but I had done almost everything, so he came out the next day and found the problem, so it runs good now. Then I asked him to come back when he could and 2 days later he vacuumed all the stuff that had settled while my filter was not working. He is fair and very helpful.

Mitch did exactly what he said that he would do and more. He was timely, friendly, professional and skilled. The new liner is beautiful and has NO wrinkles. I would recommend MRS Pools to anyone.

Mitch at MRC was the only pool professional who provided us with an honest recommendation to help clear up our cloudy pool. Once we got it clear, we have not had a problem since.

Mitch is awesome! He's incredibly informed on all aspects of what it takes to maintain a pool and is always up for giving ideas on how to keep a budget conscious mind about it. He opened our pool and it was smooth as can be. After opening, he came by a couple of times to make sure all was well with the pool water balance. He's super nice and friendly as well. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Mitch closed my in ground pool again this year. He was able to accommodate my schedule. He does good work at a fair price.

See below for my initial 5-star review which I must now, regrettably, modify. Mitch did a great job for us for a couple years. No question, he knows what he is doing. The last job he did for us was to install a new vinyl liner in the Fall of 2016. But then when I followed up with him in the spring to tie up some loose ends, nothing. I just wanted him to secure the liner in one place where it wasn't quite right, figure out why the underwater light no longer worked, reinstall the rope across the width of the pool and replace a piece of leaking PVC pipe--something he had earlier committed to. Basic stuff, I thought. I called, I texted, I emailed beginning in April 2017. Most of my half a dozen or so attempts to reach him went unanswered but a couple times he responded via text, saying he'd been busy but would get to it. Then again: nothing. I finally gave up in July and hired another pool service professional to finish the job. I wish it were not the case, but I can no longer recommend MRC Pool Professionals. Very regrettable because I really like the guy. ------------------------- Very accommodating. Even allowed me to videotape the service and explained the process step-by-step in case we want to try closing the pool ourselves at some future time. Price was about $65 lower than what we had been paying a larger, commercial company. Look forward to working with MRC for future pool mtce and equipment needs.

Open and closes our in ground pool along with weekly cleaning and service. The pool is kept crystal clear all summer. Highly recommend!

Great and proffesinal service 5 stars

We had a green pool for about 2 weeks. Every chemical we used did not work. we had spend over $340.00. A family member told us about HTH - Green to Blue, 18.00 at Walmart. I was desperate so we did and it was the only thing that dropped everything to the bottom of our pool, we had about 4 inches high of dead algae at the bottom of our pool and we do not have a way to vac to waste. We tried it manually and couldnt remove barely any after a couple of hours. We contacted Home Advisory who set us up with MRC, I contacted them and Mitch came out that day, vacuumed it all up with his own equipment and scrubbed th sides for $75.00. That was the best money every spent! Thak you Mitch!!!!

Great company. Services worth every penny

Arrived on time. Closed my pool. Able to answer a couple of questions I had regarding maintenance on the the pool and surrounding cement. Will defintiely use them again.

Very professional, knowledgable and thorough. Prompt with arrival time - very couteous and respectful. We will be using this pool service from now on.
