Mike was great to work with. He communicated clearly and easily what the deck plan was, what permit was needed (and how long it would take), accurately estimated the cost and the timeline to start and complete the work. He accommodated our desire to change the footprint of the deck, add a few little features like an access point to a faucet, steps that wrapped around a corner, and other little details such as dealing with slope of the yard and tieing deck in with existing gazebo structure and two doors to home. His crew was fastidious in their work. They were not the fastest crew, but they cleaned up each night and the final product is beautiful and well made. Getting inspections done was delayed, but once the approval came, work resumed immediately. If weather caused a delay, we appreciated getting a call explaining that the crew would or wouldn't be there that day. We are completely satisfied with the quality, look and price for our deck. Our neighbors have complemented us on the look and design of the deck as well as the workmanship. We highly recommend Mitercraft.

Fantastic craftsmanship and incredible detail. Very very good carpentry. We wanted a 'Wow' deck and we got a 'Wow' deck.

In planning the project he was very transparent and informative. Visited previous jobs the company had completed and the work was of a high quality and consistent across jobs, which was not true for some other companies we looked at. Made a number of helpful suggestions. Response was very timely when we e-mailed Mike the owner questions. The work was completed within budget but took considerabley longer than anticipated. The deck is beautiful.

Perfect. Called Julie, Pulled all permits, Passed all inspections. Great work on patio walkout concrete with 2nd story walkout to deck from kitchen. Great workmanship and terrific carpenters. Kept work area very clean. Was not the cheapest but had the best illustrated plans and great suggestions. Owner available all day by phone. Quick response to calls and emails.
