Horribly. Many no call/no shows. Will not return deposit -- asked for several months ago and keeps promising to come to a settlement but never sends anything.

Provider did not sow up when promised. Multiple excesses. Requires that the permit be pulled in homeowners name. Phase one of patio removal and setting up of concrete forms was done poorly. Foul language between workers was consistent. Entire base of patio is now being redone by a new company. Thomas Ratz is the sole contact for the company and has an arrest from the State of IL for consumer homeowner fraud. Master Craft Concrete was incorporated in April of 2016 however web site states 25 years of experience. Business Address in incorrect as it should be Beau Ridge Dr

No show. Non reponsive. After many days called off of work for install and no-shows a poorly laid patio was installed with no rebar or wire mesh. The patio is already cracking and crumbling and what was contracted was not done. We are likely going to have to replace the patio within the next 12 months. We are seeking a lawsuit against this company. This company has also taken substantial deposits from people I know and not shown up or responded ever to do the job. They are also in contact with lawyers and the attorney general. This company also has the wrong address listed as the business address so when a certified letter is sent to cancel business for a refund. It is returned because it is not the correct address. Also checks are written out to Mastercraft concrete that cashed by an individual Who goes by Amber Kinard which is not at all the person who comes for an estimate. I would not recommend using this contractor. Since entering into an agreement to have a patio done we've had multiple issues. Work was not started when promised, multiple no-shows on days work was to be done. Very concerned about quality of work completed. Issues with construction materials not matching what was written up in agreement. Also, gaps already appearing under concrete slab. Now we cannot get any response from contractor to fix issues. Also, unprofessional behavior when working. Received complaints from neighbors about behavior and language used while work was being done. This experience with Master Craft Concrete has been very upsetting and we are ultimately concerned we will be repairing/replacing this patio in the near future.
