Maidpro of Aurora

I found out about Maidpro from a flyer left hanging on my front door. I had been considering having a service come in to help with what I consider the big cleaning. I've used Molly Maid when we moved into our previous home in SC. Was NOT, I repeat. NOT thrilled with the service. So I called the Maidpro and spoke with Allie who was in MA at their main office. She was the sweetest thing ever, we spoke for the longest time, no rush rush get em off the phone make money kinda business. and Molly Maid was very rushed but it was a one time thing so I let it slide and used them anyway, never again. So back to Maidpro, the flyer offered a special, $25 off the 1st, 3rd and 5 the cleaning. The first cleaning was October 17, 2014, it was for the entire house, top to bottom. It was $300.00 and WELL WORTH IT!!!! Angela Jessica have been my house cleaners. They are the sweetest women, very kind, listen to what I want and need and then ask me to see what they've done to see if I approve. I haven't had anything to complain about. They give you a checklist of what you can expect to be done, one thing they don't do is wash windows, Mike the owner of Aurora Maidpro called after the first cleaning to see how things went, I asked him if he considered a slider as being a window....he kind of chuckled and asked if I wanted the girls to do it when they came. I said YES that would be just wonderful if they could. He was so kind and said anything I wanted added just call him and he'd make sure it was done. So I asked for the top of my refrigerator to be cleaned, its a very large tall fridge, he said if the girls couldn't reach it he would come and do it as he's 6'3". I had my step ladder out putting up Christmas decorations the next time they came and Jessica did a spot on job taking care of it. I have the girls come every 2 weeks and it averages $80.00. Thats their minimum time, I have them clean my 3 bathrooms, kitchen, vacuume entire house, wash all the bathrooms, kitchen , laundry room and entryway floors. If they have time they dust.I don't have them do anything with the 2 guest rooms and my husbands office (NO ONE TOUCHES HIS OFFICE....I wouldn't dare lol). I am THRILLED with the service...can not say enough good about them. I told Mike the owner the last time they'll clean for me will be when we move out, no not planning to move but with hubby's job we've moved 4 times in the past 7 years. Mike, Jessica and Angela have made my life so much easier, I can't say enough good about them. I don't regret 1 second of the time they've been here, Best of all I don't have the embarrassment when people stopped by and my house was anything but clean. I love the smell when they leave, the house sparkles and the lemony clean scent just makes me feel so clean. Oh yes I HIGHLY recommend them....well worth every penny.
