It has been a couple of weeks from the time my window was repaired and I'm waiting for a heavy rain to know if the repair fixed the problem we've been having for a couple years (maybe 8 years). John was very accurate and confident with his diagnosis compared to other handy man we've hired ( a waste of money for those handy man). John figured it out and when he was repairing it, there it is, a correct diagnosis and he repaired it quickly and professionally. I just saved possibly $600.00 or more with John figuring it out and not buying a new window which all those handy men would recommend. I'll keep you guys updated.

I had to fire a handyman who kept making excuses for 2 and a half months. I needed to hire a new contractor and I had a deadline for the project. This company came out the next day: everything he said, he followed up on...he even met me at 6:00 before I left for work. It was nice to have someone do what they say, and say what they do. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is contemplating a bathroom remodeling project.

John changed the door knobs on my doors & added a new deadbolt. The knobs & deadbolts I bought from HomeDepot had issues, so John had to come back to my house 3 separate times. What could have been a quick job turned out to be alot of back-and-forth, spanning 2 days. I didn't ask John to come back, he offered. The 2nd time he came back he still could not finish the job, because 1 of the locks were defective. However, he offered to come back for a 3rd time! With all this, his quote did not increase. John went above & beyond to complete the job. It's rare to find consciensious & caring service like this. I HIGHLY recommend M & M Restoration!!

We had John install tile into our home. He was very professional, punctual and most of all did a great job. We are considering using John for future home updating.

M&M Restoration was great. John did a fantastic job. He istalled a hardwood floor, kitchen cabinets, new doors, and molding. The original project that I contracted M&M Restoration expanded because I was pleased with his work. You never know what type of company you will get when you find them off of the internet, but I hit a home run. We were rehabbing a vacant house so M&M had a key and could come and go as they needed to get the job done. Each step of the job was timely and when some unexpected situation came up, John was able to find a solution. I would highly recommed M&M construction.

We had a pergola added onto our deck and it looks great. The addition looks as though it was part of the original design. The ideas John had on adding different details to the project worked out better than what we had originally planned on. The job was done quickly and the the job sight was always clean when they finished for the day. I will hire them again for our other projects.

John came to eradicate a wasp nest in the attic - removal of nest and repair of damaged drywall. Did a nice job and is friendly to the customer.
