Purchased a home that needed a few exterior repairs and contacted several vendors to quote the scope. Tony was always very responsive and willing to spend time on the phone to walk me though things. Decided to move forward with J&E and we are happy that we did. His pricing was competitive and he was up front as to what his guys could do and what they would not feel comfortable with. Had some tuck-pointing work that needed to be done and Tony gave me a referral which was appreciated. Tony and his team, Orlando, Luis and Diego, were extremely professional and did a great job with everything. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with the work. Repaired a roofing membrane for us even though it was not in the original scope. The house looks great and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend J&E to others and would use them again if I ever had the need. Great experience overall!

Tony and his crew were consummate professionals with the work they did on our home?s stucco and cedar trim project. He was prompt in responding to our request for a complete assessment of project scope and costs estimate. The time and material estimate he provided in addition to being reasonable and fair stipulated the possibility that additional work may be needed if damages to certain elements of exterior wall system are detected. Tony kept us informed of all work-related schedule changes & timing resulting from overlapping projects and material availability. He was prompt in returning our telephone calls and replying to email messages. The work crew were on time, worked diligently, and maintained a professional demeanor. Construction materials and equipment were put away at the end of each work day. At the end of the project, the entire work site was cleared of all visible debris and extraneous materials were hauled away. Tony also conducted a thorough walk through of the completed work and addressed all finishing touches we requested. We would highly recommend and use them again.

Absolutely fantastic. This is now my second experience having J&E out and gotta say what a pleasure. Cost (most importantly), punctuality, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall satisfaction has been second to none. In my career I deal with hundreds of contractors, mostly industrial, but even in the residential field it seems as though the guys really have their act together. Need stucco or any other exterior type work done, go with J&E. Their numbers saved in the contractor favorite folder for me. Well done gents, thanks again.

I originally asked to have a portion of the stucco patched due to tree damage from a storm. However, upon further investigation both myself and said contractor determined the best course of action was to replace the entire side. He was not "selling" me by any means, seemed as though he was only looking out for my best interest. "yeah right" was my first thought, but really, J&E I believe took great care of our home and completed the necessary repairs with extreme satisfaction on our end. Still trying to get them back but their schedule is tight! you want stucco guys, these are them!

Tony's team did great work. They worked hard, and everything they did looks way better than it did before they started, not to mention I feel much, much better about the condition the EIFS is in after they did the repairs. I'd recommend them especially for the quality of work.

We had a great experience with Tony. His workers were here 10-12 hours per day. They worked hard and did an excellent job. Tony was very responsive and quick to get back to us on any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make us happy and did extra work they thought was beneficial for the house at no extra cost. Tony supplied us with an Insurance Certificate showing that they were covered for Liability and Workers Compensation. We would definitely use them again.

Tony was very persistent and we finally got it completed yesterday. It came in less than the estimate and looks great. Now if only those woodpeckers would stay away!

Tony is superb. He is professional, smart, and a problem solver. He even drove around our neighborhood with us to visit homes that we thought had the stucco look that we wanted. Tony was innovative in matching an old world stucco technique but using modern materials. I spent a ton of time researching the project and talking to contractors. Tony spent the most time, was most knowledgable, and had the best price. Best of all, Tony knocked off a couple hundred dollars off the final invoice and he was honest in that the project did not need certain things that he had listed in the bid as "if necessary." My bill could have been $1000.00 more and I'm soooo grateful that it wasn't because I was wrapping up a major remodel and out of money. Tony is just great. By the way, his crew is super nice, professional, and hard working. I wish all contractors were like this guy. I will send anyone I can to him. He deserves to be successful. Use him.

We can't say enough about Tony and his crew. This was the 4th time we have had J and E Home Exteriors work on our dryvit home. We first called Tony in 2008 to patch up a couple of woodpecker holes in the columns on our front porch. He did such a great job that we called him the next year to repair cracks and paint the entire exterior of our home. We had several other woodpecker holes over the past 5 years which Tony has also repaired. This year we noticed several cracks in the dryvit and wanted to freshen up all the trim on our house. Of course we called J and E . Tony always returns phone calls quickly, he is very professional, his prices are fair and he is just a really nice person. His crew is polite, hard working and they clean up their mess at the end of each day. It is a rare thing when you find someone who always exceeds your expectations. Tony and his crew have done that every time they have have been here. We always feel like we got more than we paid for!

Three men worked three 11-12 hour days to complete the project. Tony, the owner, was here at the beginning, but needed to leave to pick up materials. He was always available by phone and made sure I knew I could call him if I had any questions or concerns. We had moved a downspout that had been attached to the Dryvit, so there were holes from the screws used to attach it to the house. After 20 years, there were also other areas of damage, plus some fading had occurred to the color. Tony had taken samples the week before to match up with the paint. The end result looks great! The paint match was very good, although I was worried when the paint first went on that it was too light. I was assured by Tony and Juan that it would dry darker and it did. By using the recommended sealant, it is now protected better than it was when we built the house. Tony does a walk-around after the work is complete, and anything that is not right is fixed. There were ladder marks on some trim that was repainted. Their clean-up at the end of the job was thorough. We are very pleased, and will use them again if we need more work done.

We had called two other dryvit repair companies and they were slow to respond and schedule the repair. Jand E accepted the job and worked on our then short time line to get the repairs done and painted. The cost was as quoted and very fair for dryvit work.

Workmen came on time. When they were finished, I couldn't tell where the woodpecker holes had been and there were many holes on different sides of the house. The window looked great. They put in new wood, then applied sealant and repainted the repaired area. The price was fair and the service prompt for the relatively small job I had them do. I would definitely use them again.

This is one of the best vendors I have used for any job on my house, large or small. The reasons are: - He worked hard to get the book of work and quote turned around quickly; - Proved to be completely honest and thorough in explaining what the team was going to do and how the repairs were going to not only fix the items found, but ensure no future problems. He showed me what the builder did wrong and why it caused the wet spots - Provided a very competitive price; - Showed he was willing to take the conservative route in doing the work, even if it meant delays. Since the work was outside and rain was an issue, he was willing to delay some work to be done until he was certain the walls were dry. I did not have to ask him, he called to tell me the workers would not be coming; - Was well known by the moisture warranty company, who provided us with the preapproval based on a confirmation that work was completed by Eand P, saving us a cost of an inspection; - Was well know by the independent inspection company; - The guys doing the work were meticulous and thorough and did not rush through the job. - Communication was great throughout the process, not an easy thing for a small business owner I know. - Very pleased with the final product. I don't take giving across-the-board As to any vendor, he and his team earned it.

We originally called Tony at Jand E just to get a series of woodpecker holes in our dryvit repaired. Tony responded quickly, and came by to give an estimate. There were 18 holes (one more than I had found) and several had been used subsequently by squirrels, creating more damage. We have a large 2-story home, and much of the damage was very high up on the chimneys. Tony's crew arrived exactly when promised and worked every day until the work was complete. In some cases, the damage was much worse than anticipated, but even when extra days were required, Tony and his team stayed to get the work done. The work Tony's team team did was outstanding - not a trace remains of the damage, they were courteous and professional, and cleaned up throughly before leaving. The house is 12 years old, so I had Tony go ahead with some additional maintenance to the dryvit to make sure we would not have any moisture issues going forward. Again, all work was done professionally, on time and as advertised. Finally, given the quality of the work I had already had done, I asked Tony to stain our cedar garage doors, and paint the front door and porch. Again, all done extremely well. We will certainly use Tony again (unless someone can provide a foolproof LEGAL way to get rid of woodpeckers!!), and recommend him highly.

Returned phone call with 2 hours of my leaving a message. Scheduled an appointment to review needed work and arrived on the designated date and time. Provided start date and that morning as promised the crew was there. Tony is exellent to work with. His crew is great. They worked the entire time they were on site which was 3+ days. The next time the second story needs to be painted, J and E will get the job.

Tony is a very nice guy to deal with, and the job was completed well.

I got three bids on the work, and frankly took Tony's for two reasons. 1) His price came in 15% lower than the other two that had been recommended and 2) he struck me as exceedingly earnest. The great thing was that he lived up to my expectations. He was prompt; his crew was unobtrusive; they showed up every day; cleaned up every day; and he came by to supervise every day. Lastly, he was very concerned that I understood everything his crew had done. He seemed very proud of the work. I would definitely recommend him.
