They were very professional, on time and they would always put on the slipper shoes when they came into our home. They were always making sure that we were getting everything we needed from their services. If we had a problem we would definitely contact them!

These guys came in my neighborhood and he suggested me to use them. They came to our house, de-webbed and sprayed some stuff around. It seemed like a pretty good situation because we had a lot of spiders in our area. The problem was, the way they approached. They came in the first time, did all the de-webbing and sprayed around inside out. It seemed like a very good service at that time. The next time when they came out the service wasn't as good as it was the first time. They charged us monthly and it was expensive. Actually they were responsive when I called them back. They showed up every time when they said they were going to be there.

the actual service was fine. the workers were friendly and we have no pest problem any more. The problem is that the sales person was deceptive in having us sign a contract for a year service when we thought it was a onetime service. When I called to clarify when they showed up a second time they said "too bad"" you cannot break the contract and the phone person got very rude with me.
