Gerlyn provided power washing and staining of my cedar fence and wood posts/gates on a trex deck. There attention to detail in their prep work to ensure the protection of surrounding building and personal items as well as their impeccable work on the finished project was very satisfying. Angel provided a very fair estimate and the team of two doing the work were very considerate, diligent and respectful of the property.

Angel and his team were highly professional from the beginning. The estimate was detailed and accurate, and the pricing was well-explained. The references provided positive feedback. The work was completed on time and with great care. They made sure that the plants were not disturbed during the process, and the paint and resurfacing were done exceptionally well. Hired Gerlyn Services to assemble and install a Yardistry gazebo and they did an outstanding job. Communication is very good, the crew is punctual and they were very careful yet expedient with the assembly. High quality workmanship

Last week a company came out told my retired elderly father they wouldnâ t repair my parents boiler and they named 6 reasons then said pay us for coming out and they were gone in 20 minutes and even didnâ t give my elderly father a receipt.. I was furious and I took over the project and used HomeAdvisor to find honest companies. I figured 2 or 3 estimates to make a decision. The 2nd company wanted to sell us an new furnace for $7,000. The third company that came out was Gerlyn Services. The owner Angel came out and looked at the furnace and Angel quoted $40 more to fix the Boiler than what the 4th company was quoting to charge just to come out and look at the Boiler. I thought Angel was joking. He wasnâ t. The company owner Angel came out at 10 a.m. with an employee and had the boiler up and running in nearly under hour! Angel had the house warming up before he left and Angel fixed a potential leak too. 5 STARS FOR ANGEL!!!

Project: Install laminate flooring in entire lower (basement walk-out) level and paint two rooms The first thing I'd like to establish is that we are not easy to please when it comes to quality of work and the professional conduct of a business. Angel was always responsive to my questions, and followed through on everything he said he would, and when. Customer satisfaction is very important to him, and it shows in the way he conducts his business. His entire crew are some of the hardest-working people I've seen in a long time. They all did excellent work, whether it was painting or installing our flooring. They had to remove all carpeting, first, and cleaned everything from the concrete floor before installing laminate. Their concern in doing everything to our satisfaction was much appreciated. Not only are we satisfied with the results, but we are already about to schedule another project with them. We wouldn't hesitate to give them an outstanding referral.

We hired Gerlyn to rebuild our deck, replacing old wood with composite material. Angel and his crew were very professional in their approach to the job and made sure they did everything right. The deck is beautiful, and frankly more solid than before. The price was very reasonable, they started the project within a week of our agreement, and were on the job 8 to 5 every day until the project was completed. I will gladly turn to Gerlyn Services for my home improvement projects in the future.

We hired Gerlyn to assemble and attach a 12 x 14 Yardistry Gazebo to our new cement patio. They also assembled and attached a privacy wall and counter to the Gazebo that we ordered along with our set. We could not be more pleased with the timeliness of the service and the friendliness of the builders. Very professional and detail oriented. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Gerlyn Services. I needed a shed and two lattice vinyl fence sections put together and installed in my backyard. Angel and his crew did an excellent job. They were meticulous and very professional, making sure everything was done perfectly. I would not hesitate to use them for future projects. I give them a 10!

We had two projects which Gerlyn Services completed in our basement (which had been remediated due to a burst water line): (1) repair drywall and repaint basement wall, ceiling, and stairwell; and (2) complete installation of new vinyl plank flooring (with attached pad) including replacing all baseboards, caulking, and painting. All projects were completed in two days to our satisfaction. Geryln Services also made several runs to home store to purchase supplies which we needed in order to complete the project (supplies that we had forgotten to purchase in advance, since we had agreed that we would buy the paint, flooring, etc.) The workers were polite and industrious. There were no surprises at time of payment. We paid the contractor exactly what we had been quoted. Overall, we are very satisfied and happy to be able to once again use our multipurpose room. We highly recommend Gerlyn Services and will use them again in the future.

Great job installing a sturdy pair of cedar picket gates. 3 months later and the gates remain perfectly aligned and catch the closing latch to securely shut the gate. Had them come back once to switch the side of the placement of the pickets on one of the gates. Also, they could have done a better job spreading the clay and dirt from the post holes. Very good ensuring customer satisfaction.

We had a complicated deck replacement job and Angel handled each issue patiently, professionally and cooperatively. He managed to make it a smooth process from start to finish! His team were the hardest workers we've seen and so polite and considerate. Definitely would use this company again!

Angel was fantastic! Came out next day (Wed) for a quote and job was completed on Friday! Communication was prompt and Angel showed up as promised and completed the project. I would recommend and use again! My project was repairing a cedar fence.
