Efrain and his team did a phenomenal job restoration the brick masonry on our homes foundation. I’d hire them in a heartbeat again.

Job went excellently, the crew came, set-up scaffolding, completed the demolition and poured a new cap. Our chimney is big and it was high too, and on a steep roof angle, but they know how to navigate this. They added the proper concrete board, smoothed everything out, and put the lip that was needed onto the chimney as well. They ensured that everything was left clean and tidy too. Excellent, professional job, with very knowledgeable team and leadership! The cost was very reasonable too. Some companies wanted double...and I am so glad I found them!

My chimney had a lot of water damage in the upper section. I received 4 estimates for my chimney repair. Two firms wanted to do a complete rebuild, and the other two (including EG) wanted to do a partial rebuild. EG rebuilt the chimney from about the roof line up (appr. 400 bricks), replaced various lower bricks that were in bad shape, tuckpointed the entire chimney, and replaced the chimney crown. I had asked about installing a chimney liner. EG evaluated the existing chimney tiles and concluded that a new liner was not necessary. Instead, he simply patched some cracked portions near the top. EG did an excellent job, and the price I paid was FAR lower than any of the other estimates I received. I would gladly hire him again. A few things to note: 1) English is not EG's native language. There were a few times I had a little trouble communicating with him. This was not a major problem, but there may be times where a text or an email is more effective. 2) EG did not provide a written estimate. Instead, he gave me an oral estimate the day he evaluated the needed repair. (I later confirmed the estimate to EG via an email.) The final repair cost was very close to the estimate ($50 off). 3) It is obvious that EG takes a lot of pride in his work. 4) I asked about applying water-proofing and EG agreed this would be a good idea. He is going to be back in a week to do that work (also at a very reasonable price).

EG Masonry did a great job! Our fireplace looks so much better! We would recommend them for their quality craftsmanship, customer service, and timeliness.

Project went very well. Constructed in a timely matter and everything went accordingly to plan.

It when really well, really nice, fast and clean work. My chymney and fireplace look way better.
