Three trees removed

Great! The crew of 3 arrived on time and set to work right away. They "raised" the trees meaning trimmed all sorts of low level branches, they shaped our two fat pear trees that were at risk of wind damage if not trimmed, and all the work they did made the trees look better and seem healthier, much better than our last two companies did. We found them on Angie's List at the same time they were doing trees at a neighbor's house who recommended them to us highly, and we are glad they did as we are very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Carlos and his team arrived promptly and made short work of the tree. Very sensitive to the area as moving large branches and tree sections is challenging. Had a crew of five and all five were hustling the entire time they were at my house. Excellent clean up! I will definitely call on them again and would highly recommend Carlos and his steam.

When I originally called for a quote, they called back and set up an appointment right away. They came when they said they would. Gave me the best quote BY FAR out of the 4 companies that I had called. After, I had received all the quotes, I got in touch with Carlos and set up a day to get the trees and stumps removed. The day before the job was to be done, Carlos called to change the date because we had had a torrential downpour that day. With so much rain, Carlos didn't want to chance making ruts all over our yard. We rescheduled for the following day. Carlos and his team were here right on time. It was so fascinating watching them cut down the huge tree next to our home. They constantly communicated with each other, and the dropped branches never hit our house. They used ropes to gently guide all the huge branches to the ground. The 2 other trees were a piece of cake for them to cut down. They used their remote control stump grinder to rid our yard of the 5 stumps. Duck's Tree and Stump Service hauled away all the tree branches, leaves, and trunks and left our yard nice and neat. They did leave the stump chips, but they had mentioned that to me when they gave me the quote. I would totally hire them again.

Highly professional, quick, reasonably priced. I was very impressed at how quick and thorough they were. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I had another smaller tree already chopped down. They took that one too without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Excellent!. They put plywood down on the lawn to prevent damage. Very professional got the tree out of a tight spot with absolutely no damage. They showed they are very skilled and all work performed in a safe manner. . They were fast and efficient and cleaned up all the mess. Work was done in a professional and timely manner. Carlos was very courteous and provided options to save the tree instead of getting rid of it altogether. (Other companies recommended removing it without even considering the option of salvaging it.) Carlos was prompt with his communication and the team were prompt on day of the exercise. They completed the work and clean-up to a very high standard. Very pleased with their work, price and professionalism. Will certainly recommend them without a doubt.

Trimming of branches to prevent damage to property and fence

Excellent. I have used Duck Tree Service twice now. Once several months ago to do some significant tree trimming around my home and then again this week for a large broken branch removal. Carlos does excellent work and is very professional. I really appreciate him coming out on a cold January day to help me out! His cost of services was very reasonable and I recommend him to others.

We used Ducks tree service several times. Each time they did an outstanding job! At our Dental office they removed a very difficult tree with care for the neighbors property. They were on time, efficient and cost effective. On another occasion I contracted Ducks for an emergency at the Church where a wind storm split a tree, Carlos was very responsive, His crew arrived ahead of schedule, and showed great care as the tree was located in the cemetery. The job was done quickly and here is the best part. This fellow is very honest! He got paid twice for this work and called immediately to acknowledge the error and return the duplicate funds. I strongly endorse using this company for any tree service you may require !

Top notch company not only from the competitive pricing but down to the amazing quality of work performed. We were out of town when the work was done and came home to see what a great job that was accomplished....complete and noticeable difference to our landscape. Carlos and his crew are fabulous guys to work with. Very fast and were there when expected. Cleaned everything up like they were never there when they finished. We have been using them no questions asked for several years now and have referred them to several friends. Couldn't ask for a better crew.
