Steve is very detail oriented & methodical.

Very good reliable and honest; will find everything thats in the home; with the use of many gadgets he uses Steve finds anything humid, rotted, and anything that needs maintenance or repair. This information is huge for a buyer when investing in the biggest most important purchase in ones live. I recommend Steve Doyle for sure!

We had our inspection mid-April with Steve Doyle. From the start, Steve was amazing! It was easy to schedule with him, he was prompt in responding to my questions, and extremely professional. The day of the inspection, we arrived and found that Steve was already on the roof. He invited my husband up there to show him the areas of concern. Steve knew how nervous we were about possibly needing a new roof right away, so he made sure the inspection was very thorough. We entered the home and Steve inspected it inch by inch. This man misses nothing! He was able to tell us what renovations had been done to the home, and how good those renovations were. My dad is a carpenter and he tagged along with Steve during the inspection. My dad was so impressed with the pride Steve takes in his work. As he went, Steve would point out areas of concern, and the approximate cost to repair. Since I didn't tag along during the walk through, Steve gave me a verbal report at the end of the inspection of the big issues he had encountered. By the end of the night, he emailed us a copy of the report. The report he puts together must take hours to make because of the amount of detail he goes into. There's pictures as well as descriptions of areas of concern, and what his recommendations are. He categorizes each issue as safety, repair, major concern etc.. This helped us because we're able to prioritize the repairs the house needs. I forwarded the inspection to my realtor and my attorney. They were both so impressed with the amount of detail in the report. I don't think I could ever really express how happy I am with the service we received from Steve and from Doyle Inspections. Every time someone asks me if I know of a good inspector, I'll make sure I recommend Steve, it's the least I can do!
