Hello Mr. and Mrs. (member name removed), I am very disappointed to hear an average review from you on your refrigerator service call. To start with you called on 3/1/16 and i was to your home the next day at 3pm. Your reason for service was your refrigerator wasn't freezing. When I arrived everything was operating normal. To my knowledge when I pulled the unit out everything was already cleaned or wasn't dirty to start with. With the unit operating normal after checking the condeser fan and coils the only thing possible to stop the unit from cooling was possibly a bad compressor or a condensor fan that was no longer available, but once again it was working at the time. I would appreciate you giving your review a second thought because all I did was give you an honest estimate. Thank you for your consideration, Rick Gallatz
