 + -1 moreHe did a very good job and it ended up being much more than what it started out to be and what he quoted but finished the job and at the price quoted. I would use again.

 + 0 moreJohn Van Plew (Owner) was fantastic! John is very meticulous in his work and did an excellent job. John was very professional, did not make negative comments about my deck (others did to try to up-sell) and gave great advice for caring for the deck so it would last a long time. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him again for any future work.
Description of Work: I needed my deck power washed, sanded and stained - it is a 1 year old deck. I used Deck Guard (John Van Plew is the owner out of Aurora) he did a top notch high quality job! I got 5 different estimates ranging from $250 to $560 (DeckTech was the highest) for the same work. It was very important to me to have the person who would do the work give me the estimate. I did not want a salesperson giving me an estimate and then sending out a crew to do the actual work.
