The manager came out without us even needing to call, to check the work. We told him what our concerns were and he addressed those concerns. He basically said that we do not pay until we are satisfied. We have been very pleased with his responsiveness and all of the concerns are being addressed. I would use them again.

It went great! The soffits were done first. One man did all the work. He removed the old aluminum soffit, cut about a 4 inch wide section of plywood down the length of the wood soffit and placed new aluminum panels over that, alternating between vented and non-vented. Then they came back for the roof and did all with 6 or 7 guys in one day. The crew worked very efficiently together and removed the old roofing, tore out the old vents, including the power vent and chimney, and went right to work on repairing the holes that were left. And when all the roofing was finished they spent about 40 minutes cleaning up and making sure there were no nails left behind. I have found nothing in the yard since they left. I forgot to mention that the reason I went with this contractor is that he was curious enough to address the reason why my old roof lasted only 13 years. We discussed it and were suspicious that the soffit vents were blocked. Our suspicions were confirmed when the workman reported that they were indeed blocked. Overall I am very happy with the results.

The service has been very good. I would recommend them. They were good and they did what they said they were going to do.

This is how working with a contractor should go in a perfect world. Dave Mirra was fair, honest, professional, prompt and genuine. He gave us a good and fair price to replace the roof on our small Cape Cod house (with a flat-roofed sun room attached) and our garage, which had three layers of old moldy roof weighing it down. Everything was explained in the quote; there were no hidden costs. He answered all our questions respectfully before we chose him and, in fact, stressed that even if we did not go with D-Wing, he would always be happy to educate us on roofing matters. We DID choose Dave and when he came to have the contract signed, he explained it fully and what our rights were as consumers. Shortly after signing the contract, his crew chief called and notified us when the roof work would be done. When that day came, promptly at 7:00 AM the crew arrived and began work immediately. My husband stayed home that day and said they worked steadily all day long (there were several men in the crew). When I got home from work, the crew was finishing up. Their clean-up took some time, they were very thorough. Throughout the day, Dave called my husband twice and at the end of the job, he called to check on what we thought and if there were any concerns. Happily, we had none. The roofs on both the house and garage are beautiful. Nothing was done sloppily or hastily. The workmanship is topnotch. We are very pleased. And we are very impressed by Dave. This is not a fly-by-night, living check-to-check kind of contractor. He manages his business in a professional, fiscally-sound manner so he's not wheeling and dealing, demanding large deposits, or cutting corners. You can feel secure with him. He treated us and our home with respect and consideration. The size of your budget does not dictate how well you get treated and that speaks volumes.

W are very pleased with our roof & our experience with D-Wing Siding & Roofing. Tony Ortiz was a pleasure to work with. He followed up immediately on every aspect of the job from the quote to the day our roof was scheduled to be replaced. He took care of all the permits and let us know when everything was approved. The morning the roof was going to be replaced, he explained what would be happening and he stayed at the job site to make sure everything went smoothly. After the job was completed, he took me around and showed me exactly what had been done. I was very impressed with how professional Tony handled everything, the quality of the work, and the clean up. I would highly recommend D-Wing to my family and friends.

Everything was handled in a professional manner beginning with Mr. Anthony Ortiz stopping by when D-Wing was putting on a roof in my neighborhood. He was very pleasant, professional, and not all pushy. He gave me information About the company then went up and checked my roof and took all information he needed to give me an estimate. He answered all my questions and had the estimate back to me in the time he said he would. I was notified when to expect the material to be delivered and the work done. Mr. Ortiz was here before the material and kept me informed as each step was done. He even went up in my attic to check for possible leaks. Mr. Ortiz was on site almost all of the time the workers were. When they finished, they cleaned up all scraps, nails, etc. They were also very careful not to damage any of my plants and shrubs around the house. I could not have had a better experience having this work done. Mr Ortiz called back to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would not hesitate to recommend D-Wing to anyone having roofing work done.

I made an appointment for an estimate with D-wing, they sent their guy out, I don't recall his name. but he was punctual. We chatted a bit about what I wanted to do, simple enough, I needed a new roof, basic tear-off and re-shingle job. I asked if he wanted to take a walk around the back of the house where I could point out a few issues, no, he could see everything he needed to once he got up on the roof. ok. So I stood there for a few minutes in awkward silence while he shuffled through his paper work, until I realized he wasn't going to do anything while I was standing there, so I told him if he had any questions I'd be in the house, and went back to my business and left him to do his. I don't know if he ever actually got up on the roof or not, but when I looked out ten minutes later he was gone. never got an estimate from him. A couple weeks later I got a call from a guy identifying himself as being with D-wing and saying he had gotten a notification that I was interested in a new roof. I told him about the first guy and he apologized profusely. and asked if he could come out and give me an estimate. I said sure, but I couldn't be there, but he could stop by the house and see what needed to be done. When I got home the day of his visit I found a hang card on my front door with a note from him that said I would have an estimate in a couple of days. Never heard any more from him. I guess these guys don't really need the business. Don't waste your time

House that I recently bought didn't have the 2 bathrooms upstairs externally vented only vented into the attic and inspection indicated that there was too much moisture and not enough venting between ceiling and roof. Needed to have those two issues taken care of so there would be no more problems with moisture.

All went well. They did a high quality job, it looks great and the crew was friendly and efficient. Cleaned up nicely afterwards, no flat tires on my riding lawnmower. There was a chimney flushing that needed a little re-work which was done without any argument whatsoever.

D-Wing's price came very close to their estimate, although the job was more involved than originally thought. They did a very thorough job, cleaned up completely, & were pleasant & professional throughout. We were so pleased!

This was a very time consuming job as it all was done inside. The attention to detail was great!

From day one I felt very unpressured and spent more time with Dave then expected and learned quite a bit. Even after not being able to do the big roof, he was more than happy to take on the smaller job without a single complaint. The work is great, past inspections with flying colors and at a great price! Currently we are using him for high end cabinetry work...

Wayne came out to the house for an estimate. I had two guys come out already and before that I had done some research on how to install shingles. By the time Wayne came out I pretty much knew what I was looking for. I didn't have to ask him many questions (I later found out that Wayne has been roofing since he was 15 so he knows what he is talking about). He was very thorough and explained exactly what materials they were going to use and what they were going to do. Out of the four companies who gave me quotes he was only two out of the four who actually got on my roof to inspect it. He told me that I had soft spots and that I would need to replace several sheets of plywood as well. He also told me that because of the bad plywood, which was caused by a lack of venting, that they would have to install ridge vents along the entire length of the house. He gave me a detailed proposal and his price was the cheapest out of all four estimates. In fact his price included 18 sheets of plywood where as the other quotes only included 1-2 sheets. One company (whom I will not name) who came out and was one of the estimators who did not get on my roof to inspect it said that it didn't look like I had any plywood damage. Yet on his estimate he wanted $70 per sheet of plywood – beware of these companies! Also let me warn you that I had found it very difficult to research the different types of shingles out there. I learned that somebody has something bad to say about every single shingle out there including all the crazy warranties but I was able to filter through all of that and determine that the shingle that he suggested, that we ultimately went with, was one of the better shingles out there (Owens Corning Oakridge). Therefore, to me this was a no-brainer to go with D-Wing. Wayne gave us the most complete proposal from top to bottom, the price was right and D-Wing was the only company out of the four that offered a 10 year (vs. 5 year) workmanship warranty. Up until the job began we exchanged emails and phone calls quite a bit. Unlike the other companies where I had long email lag times and verbal communication issues Wayne honestly never missed a beat. He quickly got back to me with any questions or concerns I had and I was always in the loop regarding any schedule changes due to the weather. The installation went very smooth. Be prepared for debris to be all around your house during the tear off. However, they cleaned everything up better than what it was before they started. During the installation Wanye had said that they had noticed one of my trusses had dropped. For no additional cost they shored it back up for me. They completed the majority of my roof in one day with a small crew that came back for a few hours the next day. The appropriate permit was pulled by them and Wayne, the owner and others in the company showed up at the site that day to answer any questions or concerns I might of had. I consider myself to be a pretty hard reviewer and expect things to be done right the first time. Having said that I don't think I have had any work done that went as smooth as this did and in the end I was extremely happy with the entire project. If you want a fair and honest estimate with no hidden charges with a company who is going to do it right go with D-Wing. I would absolutely encourage anyone to get multiple estimates BUT make sure you include D-Wing. You won't be disappointed.

After being punctual and informative through the estimation process, D-Wing had to time their service to coincide with when our builder completed portions of a new addition. They accommodated our timeline, began the work and continued each day until complete (including Saturday). The removed all old siding from our yard, and responded to our feedback. We are very satisfied with their work, their work ethic and attention to detail.

They tore off a roof on my home and garage and installed new ones on both. They did an excellent job on the installation and the clean-up. There weren't any pieces of roof laying around in my yard or gutters. I'd highly recommend them to others after this wonderful experience!
