They confirmed time and date via email and never showed up. I rushed home to be here and 6 hours later...nobody. Worst experience I've had with an Angie's list company ever!!!

When I first talked to them it was early September and they said they were starting in a couple of weeks and I got the day they were expected to start and they didn't show up. I had to make several calls before they actually started the work, but once they got going they things done really quickly. They were reasonable on price. The quality of work was pretty good. The responsiveness was a real problem.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The exterior went much more quickly and smoothly than I was expecting. It looks great. Jesse was flexible and sent a second crew back to paint some bay windows after the siding company finished wrapping them in aluminum. (Yes, we had siding and interior/exterior painting done the same week... might as well...) I appreciated that. The interior took five days. I was not expecting it to take that long. It's a good thing I was able to work at home that week. Be sure to ask up front how many days the job is expected to take. Aside from that, the interior job was done well. The crew ( Brandon, BC Painting) was professional and I had no problem having them in my house. They were VERY clean and made sure to clean up everything, every day. And with at least 15 hours of drywall patching and sanding, that's saying a lot. Nothing was damaged and I have yet to find even one drop of paint. Impressive.

My experience has been excellent. Jesse was punctual in coming to give estimate; he took time to make accurate measurements. Paid attention to my concerns and needs. He prepared the proposal while on site and sent it to me via email before he left! The proposal was detailed and accurate including my restriction on spray painting. A previous painter sprayed my neighbors' vinyl fence while painting shorter section of my fence, creating a formidable mess for me to deal with. Jesse put it in the contract that his painters will not use spray anywhere; only hand brush and rollers. The two-painter team came on a good day to power wash; they came the following week to paint. They were very meticulous and take great care to make sure that paint does not get on to windows, siding, etc. They put masking tapes, cover with plastic, and tarps to accomplish that. They adhered strictly to their promise of not spray painting, which I greatly appreciated. They both were friendly, focused on their work, and got the job done without missing anything in two and a half days. Despite several days of bad weather they managed to do the job within the time frame agreed upon. I got the same work done nearly 5 years ago; Jessse's price was comparable to that work with a much better quality workmanship. When the job was done Jesse sent me a paid invoice along with a notarized final lien of waiver as I have requested. I certainly will hire them again.

This experience was horrible. To start, they sprayed the walls to heavily so it drained into our new lower level family room and ruined our new ceiling tile. Also, instead of taking all the wall paper off the wall, they stuffed the remaining wallpaper behind the baseboard, and tried to caulk over it. It looked horrible. This caused us to have to replace several baseboards out of pocket. We agreed that once the wallpaper was taken down, it would take 2 solid coats of paint to complete the job. However, they missed several areas for the 2nd coat. I called the manager to come out and take a look at this and he said he would send his best painter out to fix it. I agreed to have his best painter come out and redo a wall and a reduction of $800 off the bill, which was a mistake on my part because now the warranty is void.

I was very unhappy with them. They left a lot of residue. They left paint on my leather and wooden furniture and on the carpets. I complained to them and they sent a cleaner. But still it was not a good experience with them.

I was impressed by the quality of work, hard work, and professionalism of the painters and the company. I had read reviews of painters on Angie's List. CertaPro was one of 3 companies I had come out and give me estimates. My first contact was with Jesse Rodriquez. I was impresessed by Jesse's friendly manner and professionalism. I was given a print out describing work to be done and costs. After the initial visit, I made some changes. Jesse was very easy to work with and made the necessary adjustments. CertaPro was not the cheapest estimate that I received, but it was very competitive with the other estimates. I was, again, impressed by the completeness of their proposal and how open Jesse was to my changes. Jesse returned emails or phone calls quickly. Their crew and Brad arrived on the day and time specified. Again, I was impressed by the hard work and friendliness of the crew, Our townhouse was not an easy painting job. We have a foyer and living room that open up to the second floor. It was also full of furniture. The crew did a wonderful job of carefully moving furniture, taking down blinds, covering furniture, and starting the job. The crew, mostly made up of 3 individuals, were motivated and worked well together. They made every effort to talk to me when necessary. I had forgotten about all of the work and effort that goes into painting. I can't emphasize how hard the crew worked and their attention to detail. They made every effort to make this a comfortable situation for us to maintain living in our townhouse during the 4 days they were here.They cleaned up each day. (I also added the upstairs ceiling to their job after I saw how well the downstairs ceiling looked. Again, CertPro was very, very open to the addition and very reasonable on the additional charge.) I still have the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms that need o be painted. My first call will definitely be to CertaPro. What a difference a good paint job makes! CertaPro did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them!

Great communication. Punctual, professional, great color matching, crisp lines. No runs,no drips no errors. Started and finished when stated and in credibly fast given the extent of the work. Could not be more pleased with results. Would definitely hire again. Great job. Better than expected. You get what you pay for, as close to perfection as possible.

The process was overall great. Sometimes it took a while to hear back from employees other than Jesse (the owner). Jesse's responsiveness was great and he's extremely easy to deal with. The crew they sent have been to our hosue before and they do great work. We have small children and they were conscience of that and helped us through nap time, among other things. I would (and will) use them again for sure!

I can't say enough amazing things about this company. Nine employees came out to paint our home and they were able paint the entire interior of our 3500 sq ft home in two days.

We called Jesse who came out right away and walked us through the whole process. He was so nice and professional! We are first time home owners and this was our first time hiring painters and he really took his time explaining everything. He made an appointment to start very soon and it only took a couple days to do the whole house! His crew was so nice and professional! Their work is amazing! I would recommend Jesse and his crew everyone hiring painters!!

We were getting ready to put the house on the market. They did a great job. The house looked beautiful afterwards. I would hire them again.

Provided quick turn around on short notice request. I had to reschedule the job several times but the owner was very accommodating. Three man crew completed the job in 1.5 days and cleaned up after they left. I was very pleased with the finished product.

The service turned out fine. They were professional and did a good job. They did what they were supposed to do and got the work done quickly.

They did pretty good. They were a bit expensive but they did a good job overall.

The crew of three showed up early and were ready to go. They finished both jobs by 3:30 in the afternoon and did a great job. We will definitely be calling them for future painting jobs.

This was not the Certapro person I originally called. I was told I had to deal with this person due to territory arrangements. The first person I spoke with was very help. The second person from the business was unorganized and called me from her car. She set up the estimate date and time. I was told I would be called with any changes. I came home early from work and the person did not show up for the estimate. I will never call again. It's unfortunate I couldn't use the first Certapro office I called.

The crew did an excellent job. It was all I could hope for and more. it is apparent that these painters take pride in their work. I would not hesitate to call them again the next time I need painting done.

Great. Worked with Ruben. Definitely would use again - very neat, friendly, did a wonderful job. They pressure-washed green stuff (yuck) off our siding, advised us where trim needed to be replaced. Even removed flag bracket, painted underneath it and then put the bracket back! I also had them paint our mailbox to match our shutters and they were able to match Benjamin Moore's interior color "Schooner" for exterior paint and a metal door and mailbox. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded all the trim and painted it white and "Schooner." They even removed the numbers on my mailbox post and put new ones on for me. They also removed an old rusty flag bracket I didn't know I had... and painted some plant brackets white like they used to be (instead of rust-orange...ewww). It looks so good now I have to be careful not to drive past my own house...
