Phillip came out to the look at the problem on a Saturday. He gave us a reasonable estimate to do the repairs. However, due to the age of the door and its noisiness, we decided to replace it rather than have repairs done. He ordered a new door for us and installed in on Wednesday. We appreciated his honest opinions, good communication, and professionalism. He is a person that can be trusted to give you the facts and let you make your own decision without any sales pressure.

Sent Carsons a message via Facebook in the early morning. Phillip Carson replied soon afterwards. He gave me a quote over the phone. My garage door was off the track. He looked it over and in minutes found the cause... primarily, a broken cable. He fixed the cable, fixed the wheels that were off the track, and re-balanced my door - all in less than an hour. He also took the time to tighten all bolts and lubricate where needed. His rate was very reasonable! But what I appreciated the most was that he was HONEST. I told him I was thinking of replacing the garage door (garage was built by previous owner). Phillip told me that there was no need to replace it. He said everything was mechanically sound, including the door opener. I would absolutely recommend this company - professional, courteous, friendly, speedy, fair, and honest.
