The quote was good so we agreed to have 3 mature trees taken down and the stumps ground up. Two of the 3 were done immediately. A few days later the third tree came down and we paid in full--the company told us the machine to grind out the stump was "broken" and they would be back in a few days...which after exhausting calls, became "in a few weeks" and now with the first snow approaching nearly 3 months later and no return phone calls, we know we've been taken. We still not only are left with a tree stump that they never really intended to come back to take care of but also a very large bush that was apparently killed when they took the tree down, that they also neglected to haul away. RUN! Don't be fooled by the good price. OR--have the work done to completion 100% BEFORE you pay anything. We are the second report I see on Angie's List with the identical issues.

They promised some additional work at a particular fee. They were going to come back on another day and they didn?t. I tried calling and calling and eventually they renigged on our verbal agreement. Their partner wouldn?t agree to it. They hung up on me. I would not hire them again.
