Description of Work: I worked with Jim and it was a pleasure to work with him. I called Brick Creations & landscaping and left a message and within 24 hours Jim returned my call. I explained to him that my brick paver patio suffered from neglect which included overgrown weeds, sunken bricks, a sitting wall that collapsed and bricks that were sliding down a hill. He came out and did the estimate and then called me to explain what he could do. They came out and did an awesome job! I wish I had before and after pictures; my patio looks brand new. Jim explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what they were going to do. I also appreciated the fact that he gave his crew credit for a job well done. I will call him again for future landscaping needs. This work was performed in Plainfield, IL.

Description of Work: Call Mr Garcia and left a lengthy message requesting an appointment for a bid for extensive patio work. Never received a call back. Also the two times I tried to follow-up, all I got was voicemail. Obviously this company has more work that it can handle. If you like being ignored, this is your company.

Description of Work: Superior job within alloted budget. Everything was done in a very professional manner and on time. The landscape specimens were actually better than expected. Would definitely use this firm again and highly recommend it to others.

Description of Work: We had a fairly large retaining wall put in a little over two years ago. The contractor obviously didn't know what he was doing. The wall looked fine the first year, but then started to fall away from the house. Something had to be done so we contacted Jaime and Roger. They were high on your list. We got a fair estimate for new bricks, but couldn't afford it. Jaime gave us another estimate using the existing bricks. We opted for that. His men had to disassemble the entire wall, clean mortar off of nearly 600 bricks, dig a new base and then reassemble the entire wall. It was back breaking and dirty work, but they did a wonderful job. They were done in 2 1/2 days. It would have taken me a month!

Description of Work: A new front brick walkway, as well as a front brick patio entrance. They also transplanted 9 bushes and added landscape edging to combine 3 existing gardens and create 2 others. Premium mulch was added to 7 garden areas. New buried gutter and sump pump drainage systems also added.
