This company does not inspire confidence and lacks professionalism. I called and set up an in-home consultation (blinds installation) for August 31. I stated very clearly that I needed to go into the office that day and would need to leave no later than 10:30am. The sales rep (Jeana) told me she would be at my house between 9:30 to 9:45. I waited till 10:25am and no one showed up. I called the office multiple times that morning and no one answered. I left a message for someone to call me and no one called. I finally left a message to say I was leaving and asked for a call back so we could reschedule. I never received any call from them. No apologies were made for missing appointments and no attempt to reschedule. I called them a couple more times yesterday to find out what was going on but again could not reach anyone. This is not a company that I would ever consider doing business with.

Very well. They have various hours of service, but advise you up front when they are open.

Horrible experience. They work at very odd hours. I told them to fix and clean my blinds. They said they had to order a part. They stored my blinds on the floor near the front door where they got dirtier. It took nearly three weeks to get my blinds back and they did not clean them like I asked them to do.
