On a very cold day they were very responsive and came out very quickly. I had used them before and had a great experience and unfortunately needed them again. Pricing was reasonable, service was friendly, and he was happy to explain what he was doing and educate me on maintenance, etc, as he was working.

My aircon was not running. I called my service warranty company, which contacted ATech. The technician came on the same day, and within 2 minutes diagnosed he problem as a capacitor that needed to be replaced. The total work took less than 20 minutes and my house is cool once again. My cost for the repair was the deductible on my service contract.

Everything went well. I would hire them again if necessary.

I wanted someone to check my whole house humidifier since the company I had been dealing with told me nothing was wrong,but I knew it was not working. I found this company on your site and was happy it was in my town,but I had never heard of them. I contacted Omar,who came out the next day,found there was no water supply to the humidifier and once the water was increased the humidifier worked. However, increasing the water backed up the PVC pipe and after Omar left,the furnace quit working. I called him back,he was back at my house withing the hour,cleared the water pipes and everything worked fine from then on. I intend to use this company for all of our heating and airconditioning services from now on. His prices were very resonable and he explained everything to me as he was working. He was very helpful

They were on time and seemed to know what they were doing. They followed up quickly with a part that had come in. They brought out the part that they had ordered at a date that was earlier than expected. Just bringing the part that they had ordered was more than I expected. They had some time and they installed it.

We were skeptical as this company was chosen by our home warranty company, we were not allowed to choose ourselves. However, they did exceptional work, they were timely, clean, they explained everything from start to finish and told us how to maintain the unit properly for the future.

My furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year when I was home with my new baby. I called the Home Warranty company and they sent out Omar from Atech. I was happy with the warranty company, which I wasn't expecting to be, but it was Atech that absolutely exceeded my expectations. Between my phone call to the repair being completed was less than four hours, with I was very happy with. Omar must have just dropped everything else for me, which I very much appreciate. He did a fine job fixing my problem, explained what he did and how I can avoid the same problem in the future. I couldn't be happier and I'm going to have Atech come out to perform twice annual maintenance on my heating and A/C systems.
