No one would or could come out same day and my newborn and wife were cold. They came out within 90 min and repaired my furnace for what I thought was a down payment not the whole bill it was so cheap in comparison to my previous experiences. Great ppl great prices and quick service.

I was told the board needed replacing. I did not ask to see the old one, and instead I learned the hard way that it was never replaced. I used AM PM twice; once I was happy but the second time? I was lied to and I feel it was fraudulent. I can no longer recommend their work.

They quoted $3700 for the job. I liked their promptness. They were able to make an appointment within a day or two. They were very courteous and professional. I would recommend about their customer service to others. They were very good. They followed up after the initial quote because we made them aware that we were getting several quotes. I had told them that we would get the additional quotes by the end of the week. So they did follow up within a few days after that. They were within a couple of hundred dollars compared to the quote that we took. So that would be excluded in determining faster.

Everything was really good. The prices are great and the service is fast.
