My mane concern was my dryer vent due to my new dryer not drying my clothes and so happy with the result. I had my whole house done and am very happy with the results. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

They answered all my questions and if I noticed anything different or something that caught my eye they promptly attended to it and explained it thoroughly. They always used shoe covers in the house and cleaned up very well afterwards. Great job and highly recommended.

+ 0 moreGreat communications. Was there on time. Took about 3.5hrs. He did show me pictures but, to be honest his glass cover is so cracked/shattered it's hard to see the image very well. I overheard them on the phone about their next appointment so I think they were in a rush. They forgot to do my free dyrer vent cleaning until last minute when I pointed it out. I had to take some of the plastic off the returns they forgot as well I had to point out a couple access points they cut out in the metal of the HVAC that needed new covers. Overall not bad, but I feel if you are not there to supervise some things may get overlooked.

+ 0 moreAll Pro arrived on time and was reasonably priced. They came in and explained what they would be doing and showed us what our ducts looked like inside the walls. ( I could recognize that it was our house because of the dog and cat hair shown on the computer screen. ) They were very clean and neat and did not damage any of our property. They explained everything that they were doing and let us know the proper filter to use on our furnace. I was very happy with their service and the indoor air quality is much better. I will use them in the future.
Description of Work: We needed to have our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned out. We have lived here for over ten years and the work has never been done since we began ownership. The past two summers we have been unable to use our central air and our furnace has been overworked for some time. We have pets and a smoker in the house so the vents really needed cleaning.

Description of Work: My wife and I had recently purchased a home and the previous owners were smokers and didn't really do much cleaning from the looks of things. Prior to our closing, my wife and I decided to get rid of carpet and to have the entire ventilation system cleaned. I hired All-Pro because of the reviews, price, and professional demeanor of the communication. The technicians arrived onsite the day after closing and did one heck of a job. The vents were disgusting to say the least and All-Pro made them look great. Not only did All-Pro do a fantastic job, they were very valuable with informing me of my duct work and HVAC system. I will look into having All-Pro perform this service again when it comes time; I highly recommend All-Pro based on everything I had mentioned above.
