Good. Very professional. Very informative. Cleaned up after themselves very good as well.

This is a great company. Tom came out walked me through repairs but didn't try to over sell me. He talked me out of repairs that weren't needed and kept me on budget. Who does that? Who is this honest. He quoted me a price and kept his word on the price. He was very reasonable and honest so I hired him. The work was done quickly and communication was good throughout the process. I would hire this company again and again.

All went well. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up and left no mess behind.

They had to coordinate with the air conditioning company. They worked well with other contractors. I was very pleased with the job. There have been some pretty heavy winds lately so I can't complain. I just think that they did a good job. Actually I had to have some extra work done, some soffit, some woodwork and they actually subcontracted in a guy to do that and he did good work too. The subcontractors were good too.

Responded to initial inquiry in a reasonable period. Fair quote. Very efficient, neat, courteous.

Everything went great. Job took two days. Crew arrived by 7:30 each day and worked until 6:00. They were very professional and cleaned up each day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

We contacted Bill Wade around 9/22/14 and he said they were totally booked up but he would be here one week later on 9/29/14. We were a little concerned that he could not come out right away, but we are glad we waited. They scheduled the work for the end of October, which fit our schedule too, and showed up at 8 a.m. to do the work. The crew worked fast and cleaned up as they went. Did not disturb the tenants or block our driveway at all. Except for some pounding for the second floor people, there was no interruptions to the tenants. The shingles are beautiful. High quality, architectural shingles. Beat the price of the other firms and did an excellent job. Will recommend them to others.

They were contacted for an estimate on a new roof. They had the longest delay of the companies I called for having an estimate done, but made it clear when I called that they were busy and were pretty far out for scheduling. Michael was on time for the appointment and polite. Of the contractors, he spent the least amount of time on the roof and evaluating the job and did not discuss details or materials(seemed rushed). He did not want to go into the attic, which the other contractors did, and I was concerned that there maybe unexpected surprises during actual job. I was told that I would receive the proposal within 3-4 days, but the proposal wasn't emailed until nine days later. The price was the highest of the three bids we got. The proposal also cited that a building permit was not needed, however the proposal showed the wrong town and my town does require permitting. This would likely have been an unexpected cost. Based on this experience, I would not call them back in the future.

Everything was fine. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Affordable Roofing offers excellent customer service. Cheryl, in the office, is always gracious and takes an interest in what the customer says. Tom came out to check my roof and give me a quote which was very acceptable. He also suggested to going to a slightly different shade of shingle which matches my home beautifully. The workmen were efficient and pleasant and they left my yard picked up and neat. There are many homes that need roofs replaced and most good roofers are back-logged. Affordable Roofing is worth wait.

We had a leak this past winter cause by ice dams on the flat roof, and they came out and did some emergency repairs right away, in the awful weather. Our roof is old and we are saving for a new one, but that will be a while yet, if regular maintenance and repairs can keep us going. Michael quoted a repair day, for 2 main trouble areas of flat, as well as a problem area of the mansard; I ended up adding another problem area. They came out, did the work, and our bill was less than the original estimate! Very friendly, picked up after themselves, couldn't ask for more.

My house is about 65 years old. They came at 9:00 am and were gone by Noon. The experience was great. They were clean, they were prompt and the work was outstanding. They accepted half of the payment upfront, and held onto it for me for a couple of weeks. I then had a family emergency come up, and needed to use some of the money that I had set aside for them. When I told them this, they actually cut me a check so that the check I gave them would not bounce and then set me up on a payment arrangement to make sure I was okay with how the work would be paid for. They went out of their way to make sure everything went well. They were fantastic. My caps were all rusted out as well, and they replaced them for me free of charge. They were absolutely outstanding. I have never met a company so willing to go out of their way to make a job so great!

Amazing from start to finish. I had six contractors bid (one gave an estimate without even coming to the door-guess he drove by). Mike was the only one who went to my attic. He noticed the missing insulation and mold. And he noticed that when the exhaust fan was installed up there they did not cover the vents which were only three feet away. Hence, my exhaust fan was basically pulling in air from outside rather then clearing the attic. Every single person on the roofing crew, the insulation crew, the gutter crew (and even the two guys who came today to caulk the skylight were wonderful. The quality of everyone's work was first rate with an attention to detail all too often lacking. And I cannot say enough about the quality of the care and clean-up. Without being asked, whenever one of the guys had to come inside, he either removed his shoes or put on booties. And my yard looks better today than when they started on Tuesday morning. After they removed the dumpster, they power washed the area. This was not the cheapest bid but it was definitely worth it. Wish this kind of service were the norm!

The work was satisfactory. It was expensive but it is because I have a kind of a long house so it took a lot of gutters. They used very good grade six inch aluminum gutters which I'm not going to worry about in a while. Work progressed as planned and the cost was kept within the estimate they had given me.

Highly recommend Tom and all of the staff at Affordable Roofing. They know their stuff! Pleasant on the phone and in person, quality job, and more than fair. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a job well done?aces!

This business must have so many customers that they do not want new business. How difficult is it to return a phone call?

In this case I needed a roofer to replace only the ridge shingles on my roof and they were one of the few vendors who did repairs as well as entire roofs. Worked hand in hand with Allstate. Could not have been any better. Did also repair 3 vent stacks which had cracked rubber boots at a reasonable price.

Mike Hess came to our house to give us an estimate. He was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. He brought samples and information on different roofing options. He was on time and came back to give us his proposal when he said he would. When we decided to go with Affordable Roofing, Mike told us that it would be about 4 weeks until they could get to our roof. That estimate was accurate. When the crews showed up, they worked non-stop to get the job done. There was rain predicted later in the week, and they worked diligently to get the job finished before the rain came. We were introduced to the supervisor, Tom and also the foreman, Eugene. Mike Hess also stopped by the first day to check on things. The only area that was a problem, and needed a new plywood sheet, was the area that Mike had told us about during the estimate phase. As different members of the crew finished up on the last day, they walked around and picked up debris. They were VERY thorough in the clean up of our property. We were laughing that they were probably leaving it better than it was before they started working. We are very happy with the job and experience that we had with Affordable Roofing.

Due to the high price, I decided to have the work done by a competitor.

everything went great! Also, called them out again for a leak, and it turns out it's my chimney. So, they cleaned out my gutter while they were on the roof, and referred me to a chimney place and emailed their roof photos to the chimney place

Discovered droplets of water on the ceiling in our master bedroom. Thought it was the gutter. Affordable Roofing came out the next day after I called them and Jack determined our attic had improper ventilation, that had been made worse by the roofer who replaced our roof 7 years ago. He told me what needed to be done and started the work the next day. We were lucky and had a break in the weather or we would have had to wait until Spring. By that time mold would have become an issue. They redid the bathroom vents and the roof vents and the leak stopped and our attic has now dried out.They cleaned up everything and finished ahead of time. I would definitely hire them again.

Affordable Roofing is run like you would want a company run...very professional. Will use them again if the occation arises.

Affordable Roofing was excellent! They were on time, they didn't bother me, and they did great work. I did find them to be pricey, however.

I called the affordable roofing company to do an inspection of the roof for the house i am buying and give me some feedback on the life of the roof and condition. The person from the roofing company was there before i went to the property and was on the roof. He completed the inspection in 20 min. He gave the certificate for the age of the roof and explained about the condition. I am happy with the service they provided. My only feeling is that the charge of $199 for this service is little high for the time they spent at the property doing inspection.
