We originally had some scheduling issues due to factors beyond Todd's control, however, he went above and beyond working evenings and weekends to get the repaid done promptly for us. The work took several visits so the drywall mud could be properly set and dried before sanding for the next layer. However, the end result was an excellent looking patch of a large area of watch damage to the ceiling from a slow leak that traveled down a few different pipes. The quote was more than some we had but we were willing to pay the additional for the quality of workmanship done on the drywall. He had to come back four different days so that the patch and sanding could be done with nice light coats which minimized the sanding and dust that had to take place and the amount of dusting we subsequently had to do in the house. The pricing for the gutter re-pitch and roof repair was very reasonable and I belief it had to be discounted due to the other repair work he was doing for us. The fact that he was willing to come out on Saturday and Sunday to get our repair completed more quickly was definitely very much appreciated as well. All quotes were accurate with a very small margin due to a couple of expansions of the work that couldn't be foresee before the work was begun. He was also very helpful with the measurements to get the right materials and make sure that it could be done quickly. Thanks Todd!

Todd did a great job repairing a water-damaged ceiling and a small part of the wall under it. He also fixed a few wall cracks. The job turned out to be a little bigger than first thought and cost a little more, but he was very reasonable compared to the others I had contacted. He did have to come back a few times to put another layer of spackle on, but he was very nice about coming out after I got home from work in the evenings. I will definitely hire him again when I am ready for a few more repairs.

Todd did an awesome job! We will definitely use him again. We like him in the following aspects: 1. Professionalism: Todd would like to do in-person inspection first before any estimate. He notified me 20 minutes before his arrival. He will also let you know in front what he can do and what he is not comfortable with and give you his best reference of a right contact. 2. Quality: Todd did a good planning and brought all the suppliers once. We are very satisfied with the work he has done for us. 3. Price: We quoted from a few handymen and the estimate provided by Todd was the most competitive. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

Todd returned my call quickly and looked at the problem the same day I called. He returned Saturday with everything needed to replace the faucet. There was a little trouble getting the pipes to stop dripping so he could finish the job and he waited until they did so he could finish the job correctly. The only small downside is that he forgot to leave a receipt. I am waiting for that now.

Job went fantastic. Despite rather adverse conditions and minor issues that arose , not of their doing, the job was completed very satisfactorily. While on site he responded to my requests to look into some other issues other than replacing the door which was the initial request. He was able to unclog a gutter and caulk a leaky window while on site. He even pointed out some other areas of need in caulking and took care of that. We would definitely use him again!

Estimate was provided in a timely fashion and amount charged matched original estimate. Work was done carefully. Weather delay (not the provider's fault) was accompanied with courteous phone call. Workers arrived on the date/time promised and were professional and pleasant. We would definitely hire this company again.

It was a chance I had to take based on A plus rating on Angie's list, but Todd was great to work with. Even though the work turned out to be more than the original scope, he happily accommodated it and charged me only for the incremental material. He stayed late with a smile to get the work done. I am satisfied with the service and I would happily recommend Todd to my friends.

After greeting bent over by a plumber for a new kitchen faucet I found Todd on Angie's list. He came out within 2 days of my call, caulked the area and did a quality job. I have him coming out for a couple more repairs in the future

Todd was very responsive in calling me back the same day. He said he will come out the next day to provide an estimate. He was very punctual in coming to my house. Since it was a small job of repairing couple sidings and shingles, he completed the work on the spot. He noticed some exposed nail heads on my shed's roofing, he caulked them without extra charge. Todd Yeates of Accurate Home Repair did a great job for me. When he was delayed coming to take a look and provide an estimate, he called to let me know that he had not forgotten and we were able to reschedule. He arrived at the time we agreed and, after assessing the project, he gave me a very reasonable estimate. He proceeded to do the repair right then. He took great care to remove the rotted molding without damaging the surrounding area. His repair fit beautifully and he even primed the new piece for me. I often have trouble finding skillful, reliable handymen to do small projects. Based on what he did for me, I am going to put together a list of jobs and call him to come back.

Todd installed the kitchen faucet with no problem. He found that the outside faucet did not need to be completely removed and was able to replace only the parts that were worn out. He did an excellent job on both faucets, cleaned up both areas perfectly.

Todd is a courteous and conscientious gentleman and a and quot;jack of all tradesand quot;. Todd installed a new Kohler cast iron sink in our kitchen; removed the new faucet off the existing acrylic kitchen sink and installed it onto the new cast iron sink. Removed an existing garbage disposal that had quit working and replaced it with a new Insinkerator Evolution garbage disposal. He had caulked around the sink, reconnected the electrical lines to the disposal; re-routed some of the plumbing which was not properly hooked up (did not go thru the disposal). Tested everything to make sure there were no leaks and that the disposal worked properly. Todd was careful to lay down tarps to protect our porcelain tile floor and was careful not to place his tools on our Corian countertop. He cleaned up the existing faucet before installing it on the new sink. We were delighted with the job performed and would certainly call upon Todd in the future. We had used him to caulk and paint around a second floor octagon window and he did a great job.

The job went very well overall. It was a difficult installation due to the weight of each shutter and the fact that they are on second story windows. Todd performed the job safely and was done within a half of a day. Due to the design of the shutter and the fact that the surface was not exactly flat because of the type of siding on the house, it was not an easy job. However, Todd did a really nice job.

The results were excellent. We would recommend Todd Yeates and would use him again as the need arises.
