Description of Work: Todd was late for the appointment - and came only after 2 phone calls. He spent about an hour and then said he would give us an estimate within 3 to 4 days. He never called or sent an estimate. After about a week, I called him to inquire as to where we were on the estimate - and left a message. Even then, he did not have the decency to respond. This shows an extreme lack of professional courtesy.

After seeing the vast amount of work that needed to be done and even taking the time to point out other issues with the house so it could be put on the market.I clearly stated that im a small business and i dont have a crew of guys to get all this work done in a timely manner and that i was booked up several weeks.This happens alot in this business,Companies cant always take on every single job they look at.As everyone can see from all my real job reviews from people ive actually worked for,i do first rate work at reasonable prices.All work is professionally done and 100% guaranteed.I never submitted an estimate and never worked for this person because it was a business decision,nothing personal.

Description of Work: We had a piece of facia fall from the side of our garage. Todd came out the very day I called and fixed that as well as inspected the rest. He was very professional, prompt and did a great job. We will definitely call again.
