Not only did Victor reattach the piece; he reinforced other trim while he was on the roof and he also cleared out some bees building a nest behind one section. He did all the work and gave me a discount since we had a useable piece of trim. I will use A & E Roofing and Siding when it's time to re-do my roof.

Crew showed up on time, and they were very nice. They did an excellent job. It was easy to walk through the color choice and get them scheduled. They cleaned up well. Very nice job!

I am very pleased with the way they are working with me. It is a matter of integrity. He is going above and beyond. We are still in the planning stages. He has done so much research for us trying to get exactly what we want. We were supposed to start the work today but he put it off for a week as everything depends on the landscaper. A & E Roofing And Siding is very easy to work with. He has done other homes in the neighborhood and everybody seems to be happy with him. He has an amazing eye for details. He noticed things that should be able to bring more money from the insurance company. Like the amount they gave for the siding was the not the full replacement value. He is in contact with the insurance company. If there is any problem, he will take care of it for us. I would recommend them highly. I have not worked with anybody from the company so far, but the way he has dealt with us is an indication of the company policy. Our last patch of mulch was with artillery fungus and he is working with us on getting to take off the old siding, roof, and shingles. He will put a new roof and wrap the house with insulation. He will then allow the landscaper to do his work on removing the mulch from our garden. The process is complicated, but that is the way it has to be done. Everybody is satisfied with him. I rate him high overall.

When we looked through his sample book for shingles, we decided that we wanted premium shingles. They came with a lifetime warranty. The people we dealt with seemed to be very pleasant, BUT once the work started, we realized that the shingles the roofers were installing were not the premium ones we ordered, but a lesser quality. When we called the owner about the discrepancy, the owner tried to convince my husband that they were the premium shingles, but after arguing for 15 minutes, he finally admitted that they were not the right shingles. He explained that he changed the shingles because it would have cost us $700 more to use the premium ones -- which was more than the initial amount we had discussed. He made this decision on his own. He was extremely rude to my husband. There was a second check that was supposed to be made for payment, but we decided not to pay it once we realized what was going on. The owner was upset at first, but he quieted down when I mentioned speaking with my attorney about calling the consumer fraud division. Upon hearing this, I received a call from the foreman telling us that the owner wanted to apologize. We feel that this was a deliberate bait-and-switch. We found out that the company operates under two different business names ? one is All Storm Solutions, Inc., the other is A&E Roofing & Siding, Inc.

They were competitive in their price. They did a terrific job. They worked quickly and were very professional. I would highly recommend them. They were here at the appropriate time and date.
