AAA Service and Supply Inc

We were open to timing so work was done on nice days in February. They used warped boards on the last several boards and never came back to paint the Pergola as agreed. They did not return several phone calls. We held back for the painting but it was not enough once we gave up and hired someone else to finish the job.

Steve Brengman, the owner's brother, was rude and lied on a consistent basis. He did not show up half of the time and lied about when work was getting done. He hired someone we didn't like and told him we did not want to use him. We were told he would not have him back to do any more work. He then hired the same plumber to do our tile work. He kept asking us for money, but never paid his subcontractors. He swore at my mother and scared her. He put a lien on our house for saying we didn't pay him when we have proof that he was paid for the work. His brother Mark, the owner of the company, was repeatedly asked to get involved but would not. They have caused so many problems and now we have to hire new contractors to fix work that was done or finish what was not finished.

I called to have my fence repaired. After talking to Steve we agreed on a price and he said they would be out the following week to do the repairs. On the Friday of the following week I called to see why they had not been out to do the work and was told that they had been very busy but would be out the following Tuesday. After Tuesday came and went I called to see what had happened and after 4 days and not one call returned I gave up and used someone else.
