Great. Employee came out and measured, said it would be about a week, came out less than a week later and installed the pane.

Emailed them via their website. Rec'd email back days later to call the office. Called the office and spoke with friendly receptionist, while talking the owner in the background bellowed that I should "find someone closer" that I'm "over an hour away". After hanging up I ran the distance which came up to 34 minutes of driving on a rural country road. Clearly the owner doesn't need business or care about the consumer. I would recommend calling elsewhere for your glass and mirror needs as this business really doesn't care to be in business.

I submitted my first review prematurely before the work was 100% complete. The original work was so sloppy that the installer had to come back out twice to finish the job - the first time to clean up the sloppy caulk work, and the second time to scrape all the glue off the glass. The installer was very nice but was in too big of a rush. The owner of the company, however, was rude and unprofessional. He told me 'we don't clean windows', but his company was the one who installed the glass and left me with very dirty windows covered with glue. I had already had a window cleaning service out twice to try and clean the glue off, too. I told him this, but he was still indignant. In the end, the glass looks great, but the whole ordeal was a big headache.

Every aspect of the process was fantastic. From the time I contacted the company all the way through the installation, they were friendly, knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction. The quickly came out and gave me a quote. They called me back as soon as the glass was in and scheduled an appointment for installation. The installers were extremely professional and careful with their work. My husband and I were very impressed. The worked quickly and the job took less time than quoted. I would refer this company to anyone who needs any glass work done.

Got a response and quote almost right away. I gave them a B because it took a few weeks to have the work completed, which may be splitting hairs. The job wasn't easy because of the enclosed glass on the door but it turned out great. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't get competitive prices for the jobs. John's prices seemed reasonable. Cheaper can mean more hassel. John is very professional, does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, in a very professional manner. You don't get the impression he is having you spend more money than is necessary. He does business the way it should be done. No drama, no hiccups, no excuses. It's obvious he is very interested in maintaining an excellent reputation. The only thing I wished he would do is accept credit cards. Check or cash only. It's harder to keep track of expenses and receipts when you deal in cash and checks, but I can live with it. You can't go wrong if you call John.

They were punctual and hard-working. They came out right away to provide an estimate, and the installation was done in a very timely manner. The caulk work around the glass was very sloppy so I had them come back out to clean it up. When I first called back to talk to them about fixing the caulk work, the gentleman I first spoke with seemed shocked and a bit rude about the situation, but the installer (Adam) was happy to make it right. He came out the next morning and was very gracious. I would recommend this company, but I would still give them a B.

A Touch of Glass & Mirror provided excellent customer service and quality of workmanship at a fair price. We got an immediate call-back on our request for a quote for replacing a defective double-low e-gas insulated glass panel in a "dated" Anderson bay window unit. They promptly scheduled a convenient on-site visit to get the window location and measurements (I did not need to be present for the on-site spec'g step). Got a same-day call-back with the replacement cost and availability (about a week) for the "special-order" glass panel, and, subsequently, placed my order. A 2nd on-site appointment was scheduled for installation after the replacement glass panel was received. The old glass unit was removed and the new panel was installed on-site into the original window frame. The repaired unit was remounted into the existing bay window, thus, everything continued to match and align perfectly. Fyi, it was my experience that A Touch of Glass & Mirror, uniquely, supplied and provided the replacement service when several other "window and glass" installers I contacted would only respond IF they originally installed my Anderson windows.

They did a really nice job. It was a beautiful job, gorgeous. It really changed the whole look of the shower. I had three quotes and they were not the least expensive. I sent pictures out of what I had and they responded to the pictures the best of everybody. They sent me pictures of glass doors almost similar to what I had done and I like that. They gave me a quote and they were very competitive. So, they came up and measured it. It took about four weeks to get the glass and everything which what he told me it would do. They came out and installed it in about two-and-a-half-hours. They took out all the old stuff. There was no problem. They cleaned up and it was perfect. I would definitely use them again.

The window was repaired exactly in the time frame they gave me, The staff was helpful and friendly. The price I paid was less than another estimate I had.

Needed to replace Pella window glass transom. Got the glass from Pella (under the 20 year warranty). Shopped around for installation company. Pella quotation was the highest. Others quoted for two technicians as well extra charges due to window being 10 feet high. Found this company on Angie List. Their quotation was the lowest. One technician showed up as planned. Completed the work. Very professional and courteous. I recommend this company.

Arrived when promised, replaced a broken window in the upper portion of a two-story living room. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job.

I called to get a quote for replacement of two large glass patio doors. The owner spoke to me personally and he had someone come over and look at the doors the next day and called and gave me a quote that same day. The cost was reasonable compared to a job I had done several years earlier by another company. They ordered the glass and it came in within the time I was told. We arranged a day and a time that was convenient for me. The workers showed up on time and they were very personable. They were very careful and responsible with making sure nothing was broken or harmed in the process of replacing the glass. The glass looks great and I felt they did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Glass counter top broke and they didn't accept any responsibility for it not holding up.

They did a fine job, I had one problem but by the time they came out, the problem had resolved itself.

We had an inner window pane on a kitchen window shatter for no apparent reason. After calling numerous "glass companies", I found this company. They were the only ones I could find who do this kind of work anymore , all the other companies I contacted either flat out did not do window glass replacement, advised me to try some other outfit, or tried to sell me an entire new window. It took longer than promised before the glass came in that they ordered, but once they got it they came right out and took care of the window. All in all I was happy with their work and will hire again.

They came out to measure and quote the next day and gave me a price that was competitive vs other companies that I had spoken with. The sales rep let me know that the custom order would take several weeks due to the Thanksgiving holiday and came in as expected. Installation was excellent with ZERO mess or complications.

John, the owner, had the window opening measured and gave us a price on replacement. He ordered the glass and it was ready at his shop within a week or so. We arranged for installation. Two men arrived as scheduled. They were very professional and efficient. They even wore protective covers on their shoes when they had to work inside the house. They also put down tarps. The work was done expertly and quickly. Everything was explained to me and they answered all my questions. All in all, we are very impressed with A Touch of Glass and Mirror. They responded to our calls immediately and took care of our window emergency quickly. We are very happy with the replacement window. We will gladly call them again when we need window work.

I broke one of the panes in a large insulated window. Their estimator came out the next day after I called. An estimate was given on the spot and I was told it would take 7-10 business days to have the glass made. This estimate was accurate. When the glass was ready, they called to make an appointment for installation. They showed up on time, completed the repair quickly and left no mess. What more can you ask for?

They do any type of glass or screen replacement. They did an excellent job. They were able to get the job efficiently.

I have used them twice. They were really professional. It was very good experience. The guys know their job. They left the jobsite very clean. The give good receipts.
